Kohl's

Khols is usually all about the same but I do love the staff here. They are helpful with out being overbearing. Personable and funny, always remind me to check my e mail coupons. Store is clean and organized. I always come out with more then I needed but I'm not upset about it.

Wow, Mary in shoes was wonderful. I was telling her I was moving soon. She went to the back to get some boxes for me. Who does that these days? Kohls has my business for sure. And I love my new shoes! Thanks Mary. You made my week!

What a fantastic store! We came for last minute Christmas shopping and found many gifts and all on sale. There were few staff and long lines but they moved quickly and added a checker. We found professional helpful patient staff. Note they have separate checkout areas so see which one is there best before checking out. They have scanners around the store for checking prices.

I was able to find everything for a conference here at one location. Mind you, it had to be specifically colored business clothes. Last year, I spent hours at the mall to find the required attire. It was ideal to find all I needed here from blouse,slacks,belt and shoes!

Ian, who works at your return desk, was a huge blessing to me recently when i visiting from Michigan your store in SW Denver.
When i went to make my purchases, i discovered that i had left my extra 30% off coupon back at my home in Michigan.
When i went to inquire what to do at the returns desk, Ian joyfully told me that he would still honor the coupon for me, which helped my so much with my purchase.
He was so kind and so helpful. Truly a delightful person to work with. He brought joy to my day.

Our cashier was working hard to help us with our coupon dilemma. She did a great job even though we had a 40% instant offer expire and Kohls wouldn't honor the coupon 4 days later. They used to honor coupons up to a week after expiration.

I noticed that this store looked the nicest and neatest it ever has since I've been going there 24 years.

This was probably one of my better experiences shopping at Kohl's. I went in there and told the sales associate that I was looking for gold hoops to buy my daughters for their birthday. Not only did he find me two pairs that were on sale, but he also suggested another gift that was just perfect, if you're looking for wonderful customer service, you should definitely visit this Kohl's

My coffee pot broke and I needed a new one. Caty was so kind and helpful and took time to help me find the Black & Decker coffee pot I was looking for. She directed me to Diane at check-out. Diane encouraged me to save 35% by renewing my Kohl's card which I had let expire years ago. I didn't want a balance on it, so Diane accepted my cash payment and still processed the credit card. Both of these ladies were very friendly, kind and professional. I hadn't been to Kohl's in a very long time, but they made my visit pleasant. When it's difficult to find a sales representative in other stores to help you, it's refreshing to realize that Kohl's makes their customers feel valued and cared for from the time we walk in the store. What a pleasant shopping experience. And I normally hate to shop!! Thanks ladies!

I was so impressed shopping at Kohl's yesterday - it was busy, but everyone there handled the holiday rush with efficiency, cheerfulness, and even good humor. It was a refreshing shopping trip!

I like shopping at Kohl's. At every Kohl's I find the people friendly, professional and efficient. Southwest Kohl's in Littleton always seems to go above and beyond for me and they have for years.
