I needed to get a storage unit again and decided to go back to Stor-n-lock with Kim and Judy. I love these ladies. They were great last time I rented and are just as wonderful this time. Easy to reserve over the phone and finish the paperwork quickly. They are helpful and trustworthy and, if given enough notice, will try to clear snow as best as possible from in front of my unit before I arrive. I've never received this kind of service from any other storage facility, and have never heard of anything even close from my family or friends.

Great customer service! We had delay after delay and Kim waited patiently as we did not know when our movers would arrive. On move in day Judy was awesome. Judy went above and beyond with bottled water for the movers and she was very patient as we had to unload from a semi into our trailer. Great management and communication from this location! When a roof leak was discovered in the unit next to mine, the staff quickly notified me, checked my belongings, and moved everything to another unit out of an abundance of caution.
