I love Yakoda gear - if I'm honest with myself, I've bought a stupid amount of it over the past few years for myself and my wife. The gear is really well made, very clever, and different from all the stuff the big fishing houses sell. I strongly recommend Yakoda Supply to any fisherman.

Great brand and a really neat shop in Lafayette. I really liked the graphics on their apparel and the lightweight gear is perfect for fishing small creeks and rivers along the front range.

Fished the Colorado in a section, I had never fished before. Threw the Chimera with a pink lip sticker, 13 to the net. Yakoda flies crushed it! Great customer service, great fly designs!
In the last month have used this combination with 5x or 6x leaders and tippet and have had great days on the Arkansas, Colorado, Saquache creek, and the Poudre. On all these rivers caught Browns and Rainbows on this combination. Yakoda is coming up with some great flies!

Very cool spot to stock up on flies and unique gear while in the front range! Outdoor gear is purpose built to be durable and functional. Favorite things I own are the light weight solar hoodie and winter cap with ear flaps.
