Joshua professionally and expertly cleaned up my mom's old iPhone data. He corrected IDs and passwords, making the phone work smoothly. Only the cleaned data transferred to her new devices.Joshua double-checked every thing for us. We highly recommend Joshua and the Verizon store at 7321 Sheridan Blvd. in Westminster.

Brought my phone in to the Westminster store because the SOS signal was coming up. CJ corrected the problem in minutes after finding a corrupt Sim card. Thanks to their quick service. I was able to get business calls again thank you.

A couple of weeks ago I came in to get my old phone transferred to an iPhone14 phone that I bought 9 mos ago. (I know.) Needless to say, it took quite a while to do with upgrades, etc. Brandon was very patient and also reviewed my plan for better options. He was very informative and patient and had lots of great suggestions. Brandon, Thank you for letting me bend your ear for at least an hour.

Recently had the pleasure of encountering two stellar individuals at my local Verizon store, Barnes and his trainee Matt, and let me tell you, they're a dynamic duo that deserves all the praise and then some! From their top-notch service skills to their infectious humor, my experience at Verizon was nothing short of delightful, thanks to these two.

First off, let's talk about Barnes. This guy is like the Gandalf of Verizon, wise, patient, and oh-so-knowledgeable. He didn't just assist me with my phone upgrade; he took me on a journey through the vast realms of cellular technology, explaining every feature and plan with such clarity that even my technologically challenged grandma would've felt like a pro. Plus, his sense of humor had me laughing so hard, I almost forgot I was shopping for a new device. Barnes, you're not just a Verizon rep; you're a magician who turns phone contracts and screens into comedy shows!

And then there's Matt, the trainee who's already a master in the making. Despite being relatively new to the Verizon scene, Matt exuded confidence and professionalism beyond his years. He followed Barnes' lead with precision, and I could tell he was absorbing every nugget of wisdom like a sponge. But what truly stood out about Matt was his eagerness to learn and his genuine desire to ensure I left the store with a smile on my face. It's not every day you come across a trainee who's not just there to punch the clock but genuinely cares about providing top-notch service.

Together, Barnes and Matt formed a dream team that made my Verizon visit a breeze. They didn't just meet my expectations; they exceeded them with flying colors. If I could give them a gold medal for customer service, I would do it in a heartbeat.

So, if you find yourself in need of some phone-related assistance and happen to stumble upon Barnes and Matt at your local Verizon store, consider yourself lucky. Trust me; you'll walk out with not only a shiny new gadget but also a smile that stretches from ear to ear. Thanks, Barnes and Matt, for proving that great service and humor go hand in hand! Unlike many large corporations nowadays, Verizon really cares about their customers. And it's reflected in the truly excellent, in-person, service they provide.

One caveat: they have EXTREMELY stringent procedures for any kind of ongoing account access. While sometimes mildly perturbing, in the end, it's comforting to know that it's quite unlikely that anyone else will be able to tamper with your account in any way.

Anyway, this visit was no different than usual; my issue was handled with utmost speed and care.

CJ has really helped me this few months! He has gone above and beyond to help me and my kids !!! His superior knowledge and kindness goes a long way. I will send all my family here! This shop rocks with CJ there. Thank you buddie!

We’ve been with Verizon for a while now but tonight we came in and Mr. Grant was EXTREMELY helpful!! We came in hoping for a new phone and he did everything he could to help us out. We aren’t very familiar with the rules and regulations of it and he sat there and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way!!

This is to express my gratitude and thankfulness for the amazing customer service that my daughter, myself and husband received at the Verizon store in Westminster. John did an excellent job of replacing my daughter’s phone and upgrading my husband’s phone in addition of an upgrade with my phone. We have been Verizon customers for a long time and will continue to come back to this particular location as we received attentive and knowledgeable information and service. I also want to acknowledge a new employee in training named Brian who did an awesome job working with me as well.
The store manager, Grant continued to provide excellent services and helpful advice with my new phone.

I had a wonderful experience here despite an unfortunate phone situation. CJ helped me out and did an amazing job troubleshooting the problems I had with my phone. He went above and beyond helping me for over 2 hours to try to fix the phone. He was very knowledgeable and kind and easy to work with. I highly recommend this store's staff and CJ in particular for being so prompt and patient. Thank you!

My experience in purchasing a new .phone was a 5 out of 5. Grant Dudney made it simple. He explained everything in a way that made sense to me and demonstrated in a way that helped me understand visually. I would recommend him to others.

I have to say this is by far the best Verizon store. If you need a phone or help anything go here. Anyone can help you, but I would have to recommend CJ. He is awesome! CJ is very knowledgeable as well as extremely professional and has excellent customer service skills. He helped me and my family with our phones when another store refused to. My experience with this store has been nothing but a positive experience amongst a very stressful situation. Back in November of 2023, I went into this store to do an early upgrade/trade-in for my phone and to also upgrade my husbands phone. CJ walked us through every step and worked with us as to how we could realistically afford this upgrade. After a few hours, we were told that I had to send in my old phone via UPS and then we would be good to go.

Fast forward a few weeks, I had dropped the phone off via UPS but the tracking was showing that the package was still in Commerce City. I contacted CJ again and he instantly went to his supervisors and corporate to see what could be done. Verizon ended up charging my account for the phone (550$) with the expectation that I pay for the lost phone. CJ was not satisfied with this answer and spent the next 2 months on and off trying to help me find a solution. As of yesterday, we have resolved this issue!

I can’t express how much I appreciate the efforts of CJ, the store, and the managers/supervisors here. This store will take care of you and will work with you as much as you may need. I recommend CJ without any reservations. Thank you CJ!!

Joshua Ayala was amazing help.i have never had customer service like this. Understand he works on commission and he didn't even worry about other customers coming in. Was focused on helping me out completely. Super star in my eyes. I will be back to see him in the future.

We had an amazing experience at Verizon in Wesminster! Hunter and Grant were incredible helpful in getting us set up with our new phones. They knew the answers to all of our questions, and were super helpful!

Wow! The best experience I’ve had with anything technology in a long time. Hunter and Grant were very nice and told us dad jokes while we were waiting for our data to transfer phones. Would recommend!

We have been struggling to resolve an issue for a few weeks now and have spoken to multiple people online. CJ was able to fix our problem quickly and professionally. The next time you’re in this store, be sure to ask for him specifically.

I just needed to send this review because if anyone deserves the highest mark it would have to be CJ ( Christopher). This young man has gone above and beyond in helping us with our cell phone issues. CJ ended up spending countless hours trying to navigate through all of the problems that came up not because of his doing, but a different cellular network. CJ is seriously the most patient & professional tech person we’ve encountered. In the end, all is good and the problems were resolved. I know it’s because of his persistence to solve the issues. It was a nightmare really! Thank you to CJ if you see this!!
