AT&T Store

Desiree could not have been more helpful. I will give her a 5, however, l would actually rate her off of the chart. She stayed past closing to make sure that I had everything I needed and that I understood my device. She even gave me her cell number in case I ran into any issues when I got home. I had lost my IPhone on route from IL to Co. it was 3 days on the phone at my niece's trying to get a new IPhone when they finally got approval for my to go to a store to pick up my new iPhone and we only had 45 minutes to get to the store. As a widow of a 30 year AT&T retiree I was in awe of her patience, kindness, understanding and knowledge of her product. AT&T has a great employee in Desiree.

Came into this store with a longer than usual wait to change my screen protector. Then I was told there was only 1 person at the store (Edwin hopefully I’m spelling that right) he was amazing. Helped everyone out and got everyone out in a timely manner. He was an amazing worker, even talked about the Apple Watch ultra I’m expecting and shown me his. Amazing worker and top notch. As someone who is a manager for my job, Edwin would be someone I’d hire. Will be going to this store exclusively now.

Alexandra was great. Super easy experience getting the best deal on my new phone! Got an upgrade I didn’t even know I was qualified for and help with an international plan for upcoming travel. Thank you!

My work phone crashed. Stopped by this store and Marco saved my day, up graded my phone while providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even after the prior customer made unreasonable demands, was rude/profane and a complete A#@ to Marco.

Went to add a line to our family plan about 30 minutes before they closed. They were very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. We’ll definitely be back to upgrade our phones next week!

Went in because my device was dropped in the pool. The staff was very helpful in assisting me get my new phone and a good deal, would highly recommend this store!

Edwin at the Westminster AT&T was great! He was extremely busy but was able to multitask with all of the customers and make us all feel special and taken care of fairly quickly. He’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to transfer a line from TMobile to AT&T with his help!!!

Kayden has been very helpful,he is very knowledgeable, patient and concise. He is great at multitasking as he was handling three or four customers at once.Not sure of his salary but give him more if you want to keep him because he would be very successful if he wanted to start his own business. Also he is cool.

Juan was amazingly helpful AND thorough. My phone was broken, however, I had a second phone that I was told (by others) would not work due to incompatibility but inspite of the challenges, he worked this magic and was able to restore my phone for me. He was very attentive to possible failures in internet and incoming and outgoing calls so as a great support agent should he checked all possible avenues of failure and i was very impressed by this professional young man. He was a perfect representation of quality customer service. He did not just restore my phone but MY FAITH IN ATT. THIS MAN SHOULD BE HOISTED ON OUR SHOULDERS THANK YOU JUAN!!!!

Juan R. was awesome, he was running the store by himself on a Friday evening. Even though it was very busy, he was attentive to everyone and still got us in and out quickly. He was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything set up, even after the store had closed.
