Could benefit from a greater selection

Having lived in the area all my life, this store is fairly new. The layout of the store is nice and it’s very clean. The liquor selection is also diverse but also what you’d find at nearly any other normal place as well.

However, the prices are definitely over what normal MSRP is for many of the products. At least 5-10% more. My only experience in the store itself was strange. The ladies that greeted me quickly resumed their conversation with themselves and another customer whom they obviously knew quite well, and when I asked about stock, the attitude I received gave the vibe of “I really don’t want to help you.” It even went so far as to chastise my choice of bourbon that I was looking for. Needless to say I left and haven’t been back.

Only reason I didn’t rate lower is cause I’m willing to give another shot, but first impressions are important too. Some hospitality would go a long way in that store.

Had an extremely unprofessional experience here recently. The lady that helped was very rude and patronizing. She insisted we don’t drink and drive, even though we showed up at a respectable hour and only purchased some sparkling mixers and a wine. Frankly, we did not appreciate being profiled like that just for being of a young and legal age.

They were also very misleading, and a vast majority of their liquor is only wine, even though we called ahead of time to ensure there was variety.

We will not be coming again. I’d recommend overall for the business to treat any customers with respect and professionalism to start a conversation.

An absolute appalling service. On entering the shop, was greeted with a extremely rude unprofessional person. Zero courtesy for customer service.
I would advise some education around hospitality as she didn’t have a clue.
We went the the intention of buying a expensive French decent vintage. Left with an over priced bottle of average Pino.
Will never be returning.
