Had a great experience receiving a vaccine here, staff were extremely helpful & courteous - I was particularly impressed with pharmacist Dr. Olivier. In the midst of everything a pharmacy has going on, he addressed nearly every patient / customer, helped with OTC products selection, and for me he personally made sure my address & insurance were updated while preparing my vaccination. And, his vaccination technique was perfect.

I later shopped for a few household things here, and the manager + cashier were attentive & helpful. Had no problems finding what I needed, also the self checkout worked well.

I really like the atmosphere when I go in here. Especially Joseph. He's always so polite and is very helpful. Need more people like Joseph in the world!!!

The workers are amazing and so kind ,friendly, respectful and kindness..

I have started going into this pharmacy and the lady that has helped me the last 2 visits has been helpful and professional.

I, for one, do not believe in taking any daily medications unless it's life saving of course. This place you will probably die in the parking lot and they will walk over your cold corpse. It's the times we live in. Every "wealthy" part of town has their DRUG store. This one is the busiest locations because of that reason. This CVS supplies the drugs for the south east part of Shreveport. The legal way with the insurance trail. No insurance? Just die already. (as far as big pharmas are concerned which practically own these type of drug stores)

The last 2 prescriptions that we needed were not filled until we went it and did not leave until they were filled. It stated online "IN PROCESS" for a week on each one. We were patient but can't play with peoples medication. It's not ok. If we need to find services elsewhere just say you are short handed and we can go somewhere else for the time being. It's called communication.

I need to transfer my medicines out of this place. this is 2 times in a row that they do not prepare my prescriptions on a timely fashion. I called today and told them to refill my 3 required medications, one of which is critical I take tomorrow. The automated system told me it would be ready by 2 pm and that they would call me. They never called me, and now, there is no medicine (an injection I need for cholesterol) that I can take tomorrow. They are very unprofessional.

Don't like the service there. Employees make you feel like you are a bother

Assistant store manager is very incompetent and extremely unprofessional.
