Darrius is a life saver and was extremely patient/friendly with me. As a sales person myself, I can tell you Darrius is professional and has a sense of charisma and social aptitudes about him you wouldn't expect to normally see at T-Mobile. I admire his work ethic and wording, and I hope they pay him well enough. I'd recommend going here just to setup something through him, truly a pleasure to converse with.

This location SAVED MY LIFE! From the very 1st day I walked in the store, they were friendly and professional when I was irate and irritated. The store manager, took out time to go above and beyond the call of duty. It’s because of her that I now have decided to stay a T-Mobile customer. Good customer service like this is so hard to find. People who are committed to doing what it takes is so rare. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Store manager KJ was terrific...even exceptional. Much better value and service than AT&T.

I will definitely be returning to this store for ALL of my sprint needs. I've been to this store a few times and the one thing I noticed was that the GM has been there on the floor with the sprint reps every single time. This is one of the things I look for when going into an establishment and I feel like I am in very good hands when I see such a setup. Not only has the general Manager been there every single time, the representatives themselves are very knowledgeable as well. VERY excited to see what the future holds for such an amazing store/staff!!! Can't wait to get upgraded to the iPhone X with the help of Troy Morris and his amazing staff! Thanks guys!

I love this store location!! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never had any issues while visiting this location. They have been able to solve all of my issues! They actually try to help you! Love this team and store!

Chris and the manager Kim were awesome. They knew what they were talking about most sales people really can't tell you details, but they knew them. I got fixed up with my 3 lines, new iPad and all these accessories to take care of everything... Oooh and the best part I got this Sprint Drive... That gives me Unlimited WI-FI in my car. Love the great customer service experience, it means a lot when I know I make sure it happens in my store day in and day out. I would recommend to see Kim and Chris.

The customer service is GREAT. The moment I walked into the store, I was helped immediately, I tend to be an impatient customer but with them, they took very good care of me. Definitely a store I’d recommend for ANYONE who is in need of help w/ their phones. Great staff, for sure!!

As a Sprint customer I am still have concerns about T-Mobile taking over, that being said I went into the store a few weeks ago to upgrade my phone and was impressed by the staff at this location, they were kind and were able to take care of me. I recommend this location!
