This was my first time actually buying running shoes and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Before now, I would just buy shoes at the Base Exchange and call it a day. But I got tired of feeling like I could feel the ground as I ran.

The sales associate Lauren was very helpful. I came in 10 minutes before closing just to check the place out but she still performed a gait test on me, explained to me which type of shoes would be best for me, and provided me with 5 options of shoes that would work. She did this all while assisting another customer.

Never in the transaction did I feel rushed or as an annoyance. She was very kind, helpful, and educated on different runner needs. In the end, we finished well past closing and I ended up buying two pairs of shoes that both feel great during my runs. I feel way more comfortable when I run, and don't constantly think about my feet when I run. Definitely will be returning when I need a new pair.

I needed new running shoes and this place came HIGHLY recommended.. and I get why! I had the gait test done and the super friendly lady that worked with me throughout brought me a ton of shoes to try. She told me the pros and cons, her personal opinions, and was super helpful. I ended up buying a pair of Sauconys for $160... But I guess you get what you pay for, these aren't low end running shoes.

I love this store. They had just what I was looking for. Staff was very helpful and informative. I was so happy I bought two pairs of shoes in different colors. I'll definitely be back. Oh, did I mention the price was right? Thanks again.

I am a nurse and have been struggling with foot pain for years! I've tried several shoes, different running stores, and even had a 3D analysis of my feet. Still no luck in good shoes. I recently relocated to Shreveport and I came to Run Wild today 7/11/21, and Hope and the young man working with her were phenomenal. They were attentive to my needs and realized an issue I had no idea about. Bottom line, we found the perfect pair of shoes and I look forward to pain free days! Thank you so much!

This was my first time visiting the store. The sales staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I stopped by for a pair of running shoes and as a beginner I had no idea what to look for, the sales staff helped determine what shoe would work best for me and was able to answer all the questions I had. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

☺Awesome, knowledgeable staff that understand orthopedics, and ergonomics. I've suffered from some nerve damage as a military veteran. This usually causes loss of feeling while running unless shoes nail the form factor perfectly, and these Hoka running shoes do just that!!! There's also a great military discount.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I now own a VERY comfortable pair of HOKA running shoes. Now I've got to lose this weight.

I bought a pair off running shoes and got them home to discover dirt on the bottom. The shoes had signs of wear and the sole was compressed. The price of the shoe was 140.00 but the sales person charged me 160.00. He said he applied discounts but he did not. I took the shoes back to the store and the manager was rude. He told me they don’t sale used shoes and he could not explain the reason for the price. I returned to shoes and left. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. IT IS BETTER TO GO TO A STORE WHERE THE CONSUMER IS TREATED LIKE A PERSON AND NOT AN INCONVENIENCE. You have been advised.

Unbelievable. Staff refused to sell me the five items that they had rung up for me because I wouldn't give them my personal information. Had to leave my whole purchase on the counter and shop somewhere else.

In this age of privacy concerns, the idea that a place (especially one that sells everything at a premium like this store) would not make providing personal identifiers optional is shocking.

Logically, this practice would seem to indicate that whatever they are doing with your information behind the scenes is more valuable to them than the retail sales that they are ostensibly in business for...
