Can I just say the folks here are in a totally chaotic environment? There are tons of people here trying to get help and they are doing the best they can. Kiara (not sure if I spelled it right) jumped right in and fixed the issue I had even though it was out of her job at the time. Thanks lady!!

Mr Curtis is the most kind friendly helpful & patient employee that I’ve come across in a long time! I was an absolute TERROR in the store this afternoon with my card not working needed help with self-checkout AND I had the nerve to have a bunch of coupons🤣🤣but he never faltered he was there to help before I even had to ask. And he was multitasking to take care of other customers as well. What a customer service GEM! Better give him a raise & hold on to him tight!!!!

Kim is great. My mom and I were in the store a few weeks ago and she scrapped her arm against a protruding sales hook. She patched my mom up and made her feel better. Totally went above and beyond all my expectations. I sent this message to corporate in a survey but I'd like my neighbors to know as well.

I just took all of my kids to get flu shots here for the third year in a row, and was surprised to see the bad reviews! CVS Millersville Minute Clinic is always nothing but amazing every time I've had to go here.
Whether it be for a sick visit or for flu vaccinations, they are always courteous, thorough and quick. Today all 3 kids and I got flu shots in less than 10 minutes!! We had appointments ahead of time thanks to the online booking feature. Great experience, would highly recommend!

Today at CVS 2/17/2021 I had a lot of help printing photos off of the printer. They assisted in every way to ensure the photos were printed off properly.
The staff did not know that I had just lost my pup due to her being 15+ years old and she had difficulty breathing and I had to make a very hard decision on 2/16/2021 to send her to heaven. This time has been difficult for me. I had pictures taken for her last 2 days as well as the entire process in the hospital till the very end. The pictures are important to me. Employee Jack stopped to help me and had no idea how important the pictures were to me. Jack literally stopped to help me and load the printer up and it made me feel important So kind to me especially during this difficult time. Thank you Jack very much for the best customer service. We need more people like you. I appreciate it. And thank you to the other gentleman who was there as well. It means a lot. Thank you

A young lady I didn’t catch her name also helped me print pictures of my dogs lifetime and she was very nice. ( young, long brown hair) it meant so much to me. Thank you

I recently went to this CVS and I can tell you now it was the best customer service I have received since Iv lived in this area. I had the joy of meeting this wonderful person ryane who was at counter, she greeted me with a warm smile and made sure she had everything correct and ready when I got there to get my prescription. I really enjoyed the service I received from her and I would definitely be coming back because she made me feel welcomed and made me feel like I was part of the CVS family. If you want great customer service and fast results come to this this CVS and ask for Ryane she will not disappoint you.

The Pharmacist Denny Kang is great. Him and his whole team have been incredibly helpful and kind. The level of Customer Service is unrivaled. Extremely happy with this CVS location. Everyone has been courteous, polite, and prompt many thanks.

I would like to take a moment and recognize Alec Woody (Pharmacist) at this location. His care, customer service and the way he treats everyone is amazing. He always offers his attention and time to me to listen and understand my issues and questions. He is motivated to find solutions.
I always had a great experience with everyone behind the counter too. Great people!

I am absolutely baffled& honestly just confused as to why this cvs pharmacy has such bad ratings... after having to deal with pharmacies & medication problems for over 10 years as well as having just moved down to Maryland/ having to find a new pharmacy- let me tell you- the workers are so compassionate, so sweet, so helpful, beyond generous, & just down to earth pharmacists. God bless you all, thank you for your work & all of your help!!!!

Can't believe all the bad reviews ! Here's my good review. Just moved here from Baltimore Co. Millersville CVS is the best as well as the one near Rosedale, Md. Transferred my famlies meds as well as my dog's with absolutely no issues. Service and professionals are very friendly, helpful and even leave pharmacy area to help find me items. Clean, great customer service everywhere in store and parking seems very safe and well lit. I now do a lot of shopping there since for example Tide on sale 8 dollars less then grocery store plus points. Got my flu and pneumonia shot in minute clinic in less then 5 mins. BTW convenient having food items there with no mark ups !

Great experience. Walked in and was greeted immediately and asked what I needed help finding. Asked me again at the coupon center if he could help out with anything and asked how my day was. Very appreciated. Got rung up and he was very outgoing and funny. It’s the little things!

Nana at the pharmacy was awesome today. I was in so much pain and she was very gentle and quick and took care of my name change all at once. She was Awesome!

Mom just got her COVID vaccination no issue or delay! Very nicely organized front store and pharmacy area !!!! Went very smoothly.

I love going to this store! Becky and Matt are always helpful when I go in, and I am always greeted as I walk in the door!
