Went in. I was greeted immediately and helped. I knew exactly what I wanted. They went to the back and came back up and I was done with my whole visit in 5 minutes!
Went to lids directly after and my experience was the exact opposite!

I wanted to leave a review because we had the BEST experience at Journey's. We went to the store to find some back to school shoes for my daughter, and it was a wonderful experience. The employees were all so incredibly helpful. They were smiling and so kind to us, and to each other. I do a lot of shopping :) , and I have to say this is one of the best customer services experiences I've had. We were there the evening of 8/4. I hope someone from the corporate office of Journey's is able to see this so they can know how fortunate they are to have such great staff!

Went to find Birkenstock sandals for my wife. The staff realized what we were looking for and got the specific white colored piece by just hearing what we were discussing. Really impressive and to add they were really courteous
