Great service at Pharmacy!

At CVS pharmacist refused to provide the flu shot because she had to go to lunch in 20 minutes. There was no other customers and about 5 pharmacists behind the counter.

At Publix they gave me the shot in 5 minutes.

The pharmacy in this CVS is excellent. Been here multiple times since we moved to Roswell. Usually they have filled prescriptions within 30minutes after doctor sent prescription to them.

Reading some of the negative reviews I can see that that might be more in regards to general staff. Hopefully their management can do so changes to improve that.

I also wish the pharmacy did not close 30min in the middle of the day, but it might be due to how hard it is to find qualified staff these days.

The pharmacy staff is always so kind and caring and does their best to expedite prescriptions for our child which is always appreciated as new parents! Highly recommend.

The pharmacist, Kelsi, is absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns and gave me amazing advice. She was empathetic and extremely helpful! Definitely will come back to this location when I need medical advice on day to day basics!!
Michelle, at the front checkout counter, is about as sweet as they come and talked to my toddler while I checked out.

I saw Nurse Practicioner Meta today and was really blown away by her. She did a thorough examination, talked me through options, and provided exceptional Customer Service from beginning to end. I was in and out quickly, but it did not feel rushed at all. I drove 45 minutes to this location for the soonest appt, and would happily do it again even if all the closer locations had openings. Great NP on staff here!

The one on Bowen Rd Roswell has a container to accept expired medicines from an accepted list.

CVS is always stocked with advertised items and employees are helpful.

Love the pharmacy staff. This has to be one of the busiest pharmacies I’ve ever used but they always try to get it right and figure it out. I find them very helpful. At times it may not be the answer I want but they are usually right!

Doctor Puhalrajan was a very good doctor. Got a vaccine here and it didn’t even hurt much.

The cvs pharmacy is very efficient, I made an appointment for booster and it takes less than 5 minutes to finish the shot.

I’ve just been into this store and was helped by Katherine. I can’t stress enough how much she helped me out. Management here need to let her know that she’s what’s needed in this community. Thank you again.

The line was at least 6 deep. The employee were not concerned about the wait

I choose to drive 14 miles to THIS CVS for the staff, the cleanliness, and most of all the pharmacy.

More expensive than Kroger, but Frank and crew are helpful, thoughtful and very attentive to detail.

Friendly, courteous, excellent customer service! Clean store.
