love this store, the new leadership is evident from the bright, clean and fully stocked store and garden center to the smiling faces that greet you as you enter and ask if you need help while shopping. The staff are so knowlegable in the different departments and will get help from another staff member if they do not know the answer. The variety of goods is great as well. They always have hard to find stuff.

Went in to buy a grill after striking out at another location and Jeff was a huge help!! He set us up with an order for a cover and helped us pick out two kinds of pellets that are new-user friendly.

Great phone help finding a particular Rust-Oleum paint color and holding them until I could get there. Also family friendly in the store.

Nicely updated and organized home, garden, and hardware store. The garden center has a plethora of plants and pots. The garden center has been enlarged, and a new checkout "barn" will be opening soon. I like how well stocked and organized the store is compared with past years. It's more pleasant shopping here now. Good coupons available, too. Helpful staff.

Kathy and Nicole were extremely helpful and went above and beyond in helping me find the right pellet stove insert, the best sale price and even some tips and tricks once it was installed. Couldn’t be happier with the sales and customer service team.

I came there last week, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Darla, one of the managers. She answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. She had the most beautiful smile. She had such a great personality. Good local hardware & gardening store. Good general use coupons as part of their rewards program.

The staff is always helpful. The selection isn't the greatest, but I usually find something that meets the requirement. Prices are a little higher than the big box store, but I'm happy to support a small business.

I’m basing this review on interactions with the salesperson, Kathy Lopez. She did backflips trying to find a way for me to affordably buy a gas insert- the issue was that unusual construction of my house resulted in a highly complicated and prohibitively expensive installation. Kathy was great though. I plan to go back to her to buy a hot tub.

Nice local shop. Huge selection, especially large screw, bolt, and nut selections. Found what I needed and was on my way in 5 minutes. Nice.

Went Christmas tree shopping for our daughter and grandchildren. Trees are hard to find this year. They had a few left, we found the perfect tree, a beautiful wreath for them and two fresh greenery swags for us. Great service, good staff. They care, they were fun. I love this place!

Great local option. Not as well stocked as the big box stores, but you can't turn around without someone there to help out. Fantastic nursery at good prices. Great Christmas tree selection in season. Drive around service great for buying bags of mulch, rock, salt, etc. Full service.

Costello's Ace is my preferred hardware store. The store is well stocked with quality product to meet my every day needs. The clerks are very helpful and friendly. Their spring nursery plants are excellent and my go to place come spring. I've even purchased a fireplace insert from them which I enjoy all winter long. I even shop with my 2 rescue dogs who ride nicely in the store carts and are loved by the check out clerks.
