AT&T Store

We had an issue with a flip phone, less than one year old. Shayne confirmed the phone would NOT ring, told us how to send it in for a replacement, AND activated an extra phone we had. He was SO pleasant and helpful!! 100% would recommend him.

The sales rep Crystal gave great Service resolve my issue and gave me an upgrade under a promo deal and added an Apple watch for bonus deal. Store can get busy but she seems to multitask.

Crystal was amazing! We had a lot of things to get done and she took care of it all and made our experience super pleasant! Thank you Crystal!

Tyndall pky store.we met there Mr Henry Williams we are senior citizens and we had problem with our phones.Henry took care of our every problem.He is very professional, kind and understand his job thoroughly.

Instead of paying by Auto pay, I had to on the day my bill was due-- go into the AT&T store, nearby. The lone young lady there, I recognized and she greeted me promptly, asking me what she could do for me that afternoon.

Pay my bill and was it possible to split it with a payment in cash and a debit card? She said yes, and handled the transaction in a professional manner, even as I asked her about the availability of the S23 phone.

They have it for sale at $800, but I didn't get to ask if they accept trade ins or anything, because my Mom was waiting for me in the van, in that hot, Florida weather.
Business first, shopping later. The AT&T rep was professional.

Liberty is one of the best customer service representative I have dealt in a long time. She fixed my account in less than 5 minutes. The night before I was activating 4 phone. I call customer service to do that, they put my number on a different line. They really mess things up and then disconnected all my phones. Liberty straighten all out. Thanks Liberty!

The staff at 710 N Tyndall parkway were all SO nice, helpful and attentive. I had my 2 year old with me and they made the process as easy as ever. I had 0 wait time to chat with an associate and they helped me pick out a new phone and get everything transferred over in a timely manner. I will definitely be back!

We have recently switched all 6 of our personal and business lines to AT&T and we would NOT have made this switch had we not gone to the AT&T store at Tyndall and dealt with Liberty! She has such great, professional and kind customer service skills as well as a thorough knowledge of her products and services. Everyone knows how frustrating and stressful switching cell phones and service can be and there were many questions asked over and over again and Liberty was patient and explained everything in detail as many times as needed. We had literally just left Best Buy and the AT&T store on Hwy 77 without purchasing or gaining any knowledge on which direction to go in terms of cellular service. I’m so glad we made one last effort to go to the Callaway store. Liberty makes you feel like a friend and takes care of you the same way! Tito is always super polite and patient with his customers. I observed him with multiple customers and was impressed. It’s hard to find people who will take good care of you these days so I had to take the time to post a review! Go see them if you want great service!!

I have always left the phone store with high blood pressure. Today on June 15th I came into the AT&T store and had the pleasure of meeting Matt with mustache. I have never had such impeccable service, he was a literal God send. I don't know how much this man is getting paid or what his rank is in the company, but he should be moved to regional manager, or the CEO, or the president of the United States.

Super helpful and friendly staff! It is a small store, by all means, so if you are in a hurry, you may want to seek a bigger store, but this is a great place to get the help you need! Even when they had issues with one of two computers the staff found a way to help us and the other family next to us. This store also seems to run a number of good deals on phones, and they gave is a great deal on a trade in (they gave us $135 for an iPhone 6, when they are selling iPhone 7s for about $145)!

This AT&T store is one of the BEST I've been too! The customer service and support I have received is outstanding! Hope and Bobby are true representatives and go the extra mile to help the consumer and answer questions. Not many places I have gone to has the support system that the AT&T branch on Tyndall Parkway has. Not everyone is tech savvy, up-to-speed on things, but I had my questions answered and they helped me out tremendously. Thank you!

If you ever need help with a new service go and see jay!! He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and will really make your transition as smooth as possible!!

This store has been through a few fair employees,but now they have strong management and friendly supportive sales reps that will do everything they can to provide you with a great experience with all the services and accessories they have to offer. You definitely want to give these people a chance to show you what it’s like to be treated with courtesy and honesty! :-)

The customer service is, with no doubt, one of the best I've ever experienced. They're all so helpful and attentive. They really work with you and there is no shady business. Billy, the manager, is awesome and really wants the best for the customers. He's really down to earth. Only at store I'll go to while I'm here!
