Harbor Freight Tools

Amazingly priced tools and the customer service is great. I was getting two larger items they kept in the back and by the time I could pull my truck around there was someone there waiting to help load it in the truck. Also amazing prices on tools that I've personally used for years.

We purchased a generator three months ago from Harbor Freight. The Predator 4550 Watt Inverter had been a great generator until 6 days outside of the refund guarantee it decided to die. After many calls to the store and customer service, Kendra at the store was able to help me, she escalated our problem to her boss and got us another generator before the end of the day. We paid for a 2 year extended warranty on the new one and that was it. Thank you Kendra and Harbor Freight for turning an absolute worst case scenario into a win!

My first time in this store. It was really nice very clean and friendly employees. Only thing that SUCKS is if you fill out to get a membership online you have to wait 3 hours before you can use it. No one wants to wait 3 hours in a store to get discounts.

I really love Harbor Freight. Reliable tools at very reasonable prices. It's not a lumberyard, not a showcase for DeWalt, and has most of the basic tools and parts you'd need (often in stock) to supply a small working crew, a home shop, or a DIY kit. Great stuff!

I absolutely love going to this place- it's like heaven for tool lovers! The quality of the products can vary, but I find that to be OK for certain types of things that I buy. Always double check prices at this place versus what you find at Lowe's before deciding on what you are going to purchase.

Well organized, clean and great prices! Douglas, the employee who was ringing me out, was really nice....I asked if I could purchase a ladder they had on sale and come back and pick it up with a different vehicle. Not only was he accommodating, he even went and grabbed one and carried it up to the front for me. That was great customer service! 😊

Compared to the waynesboro Harbor Frieght, this store had things in stock and there website stock appeared to be updated. It was early on a Sunday when I went, so maybe the staff were a bit tired but they weren't super helpful; however they were stocking things actively and they were polite.

They have what we need at the best price. We've recently bought a trailer and drove in from out of town to this location to get it. Sometimes you have to go to a different store if they're out of stock or don't carry the item. Make sure to call ahead to see if they have a title to go with the trailer, because they can't sell the trailer without one.
