Keith was more than helpful in setting up my new phone and walking me through all the steps of using it!
It was a real pleasure to work with such highly professional, incredibly nice and unbelievably patient with clients guy.

I have known Jay through 6 I Phones. His service has been consistently great. Always available for assistance. You can’t do better than to purchase a product from Jay.

Joe was super efficient and helpful! He had plenty going on with being the only employee working with several customers in the store, but this didn’t stop him from providing a great experience. I managed to get in and out all on my lunch break with my problem solved. :)

Been having issues the past 3 months with my phone and trying to get other locations to send me one. Calling the 800 number (to corporate) every other day with no luck getting through or getting a supervisor to call me back.
Walked into Billerica today and started talking to Carlos. He got me a new phone, traded in my old phone, transferred everything onto my new phone in less than an hour. I went out for some lunch and came back to everything being good to go.

We needed to replace my husband’s very old Galaxy Phone in an emergency Sunday. We ended up at the Verizon Store on 700 Boston Road in Billerica, MA. Thank goodness.

Carlos helped us. Outstanding. There are not enough words to describe the positive experience we had was. Carlos was alone in the front of the store. He greeted everyone, got the story on what they needed and let them know how many were in front of them waiting. He patiently and with great knowledge answered every issue with every customer, in person and by phone.

When it was our turn, he helped my husband, not upswing him at all. But by being honest and getting him the best replacement phone for his needs. He told us when the data transfer would be ready. And it was.

He was sensitive to the elderly customer before us, who was clearly having financial issues. He found an excellent work around for her. We could not believe his work ethic.

We can say that this was the single best Verizon experience our family of four has ever had in 30+ years. Thank you Carlos so much.

I drove 5 1/2 hours from PA to continue my excellent service that Steven supplies! Highly recommended Steven as your sales person.

Elisa was AMAZING! I usually dread having to go into this store (for sheer lack of knowledge of the whole phone/technology world) but she made my experience very enjoyable. She was extremely helpful, explained everything and left no room for confusion. She was very pleasant and patient the whole time she was working with me. If I ever need to go back to one of these stores I will probably go out of my way to come back and see her. Thank you for everything Elisa!!

There is a really knowledgeable team at this location. Nice big, airy store with lots of on site accessories and phones to choose from. Joe has a lot of experience and did a great job upgrading our lines to the newest phones. He evaluated our plan and saved me money monthly while improving the features including.

I am not a very phone or tech savvy individual, so when my phone broke and I needed help with options and pricing and such I'm really lucky I had Elisa to help me. She was super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The transaction was quick, easy, and I left with exactly what I needed.

I had an excellent experience with Elisa Beltran! She helped my on my visits to the Verizon store on 3 occasions. The last time I came in to pick up my phone, she stayed beyond the end of her shift to assist me. She is knowledgable, patient, and has excellent customer service skills!

Brandon S. From This Verizon location was extremely helpful. He spent over an hour going back and forth with me about upgrading my phone, and adding another line to my account. Brandon had so much patience as he remained calm and collected through the whole process. He did not have that attitude where most salesmen just rush through the transaction and get you out of the store. He treated me with respect and it was clear he was genuinely trying to help me, and not just get money out of me. If you live in the area, and you need a Verizon Store, this new location is definitely the place to go to.

I have shopped at this location for sometime now. I never had an issue and my experience today was awesome. Frank was kind, pleasant and a pleasure to do business with. GREAT Verizon employee!

Noel was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took his time explaining everything to us. We're not real tech savvy but he was very patient and never complained no matter how many questions we asked. Not only did he set up our devices but he paired them with a remote speaker and my bluetooth in my car. He also installed the Hum and explained that application to me. Since our initial visit, we have returned twice with questions and in every case he was once again very polite and answered all our questions. We give him the highest satisfaction rating possible.

Aidan was super helpful, not only did he help me pick out a new screen protector, but he showed me a few things about my phone that I was unaware off. I had thought I had chipped my screen, but there was actually a cover applied to the glass so when he peaked that back, I was elated to see that my screen was untouched. He also got me set up for a new discount and he told me about wireless charging where I could turn my phone upside down and charge someone else's phone if they were low! Very helpful.

Elisa Beltran was a very knowledgeable and patient employee. She stayed extra late beyond her regular dismissal time to assist me with my new phone. I have been in several times before and I am beyond impressed with her ability for customer service, patience, and dedication to Verizon.
