In my experience all the employees were nice and treated me with respect they said hi when i walked in and asked if i needed help frequently and at checkout the where also very nice so i would recommend to my friends!

Clean store, well organized. Good deals at 70% off lowest ticketed price.

This place is fun and has such cute designs for both sides. A little pricey but u can find some really great finds that make it worth it. The staff is super nice too and very friendly

Sales people were all smiles assuring me that they confirmed via phone 3 times with Tilly’s at Tucson Mall that they had the sweatshirt in the size I was requesting. I went the following day only to find out the Tucson Mall did not have it. I was so upset that I made a 45 min drive for nothing. Poor customer service at premium outlet store. Avoid this location. Poor poor customer service

Good God work on your customer service! I have been in their twice and not once was I greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything. My sons wanted to go school shopping and asked if we could go in there. I told them to count how many employees acknowledged their existence. After 10 minutes they came back to me to report and no one had approached them. We even had a conversation (right next to 2 employees talking) and had a discussion on how we couldn't find the shorts that were displayed in the window. This place is just a social hang out for the employees, no wonder it's empty most the time. If I could them zero stars I would. The customer service is laughable.

My daughter and I were so happy that Tilly's reopened so I took her in today and as soon as we walked in we were asked by a woman employee if we had masks, I told her no we don't and she said well their mandatory. I then told her we couldn't wear them due to a medical condition and she kicked us out. Refused our service. Was so rude too. Mind you I did see one employee walking around without one momentarily. Unbelievable. Terrible customer service!! We will never support this Tilly's again!!

Was just laughed at by three employees when I walked in and also stared at. I stared back at the one employee who has stared at me in the past, he finally said “How’s it going”. After that, I looked around and wasn’t acknowledged again which is fine, but don’t laugh at your customers and stare at them. Absolutely horrible location to shop at, would avoid at every cost possible.

BEWARE!!!! This location has absolute terrible customer service! My friend and I drove down to Tucson from Phoenix just to visit these outlets, tilly's specifically. Right when we walked through the doors I noticed a couple employees talking to what seemed to be friends near the front of the store. They didnt acknowledge us or greet us in any way. I made my way to the mens area while my friend ( whose female) started towards the womens section, when a bald headed employee shouted across the store to other employees, "hey watch those two in white that just walked in, they look trashy and sketchy!" Immediately I was surrounded by two employees who began pestering me, asking why I wasnt by my girl and if I had money....I was very offended so I looked to my friend, who at this time was in tears leaving the store. I ran to catch her outside where she told me about the derogatory comments made by the bald headed employee. (who I'm afraid is the store manager) This was wrong in so many ways! I was a strong advocate for tilly's and shopped there almost exclusively for clothing. I will never step foot in another tilly's unless I hear something has been done. In fact, I'll do my best to make sure anyone with values and morals will not shop here also. If this company has any kind of integrity, something will be done ASAP!!
