Go Store It Self Storage

So very easy to work with! My daughter is at UVA and they were flexible with dates, honored the on line price and very easy to work with!
Some things to know before booking, need a lock or they offer and you can go through homeowners or their price for insurance is $15 a month, staff if very friendly easy to work with, all documents signed electronically
I highly recommend!

Filled out some of the info online the night prior, finished the rest in person at the digital kiosk. Logan was my point of contact and made things as effortless as you'd want from a self-storage service. Logan was personable, proactive, and prompt in addressing a follow-up need that was my error

Excellent service from the manager at the Charlottesville location, Jessica. The facility is nice and clean and well located and easy to get to. Plenty of space to pull in a uhaul and ease of getting to the unit with elevator access right at the door.

Jessica was welcoming and quickly and efficiently met my needs. She was professional and the entire rental process was completed in minutes. The unit I rented was clean and ready for storage.

Staff is amazing. Even under stressful times and situations Jessica is always happy to assist and make sure to say hi each and every time I come in. Can't ask for a better place or for better customer service. She deserves a raise and recognition for her hard and continuous work!

I needed a storage unit last minute and it is currently very difficult in this college town. The ladies here took real good care of me and were so nice. They let me tour the units and had no issue when I changed my mind on the size at the last minute. They were quick on their feet and made it happen. The facility is rather new and very clean. Plenty of space for large trucks and multiple sizes carts. Getting in and out is very simple.

Awesome! From the moment I made the first call, Chelsea, went above and beyond to help my organization find the right unit and work with us. I have multiple units in other cities and this by far the best storage unit we have. The climate control and the light that comes on when you open the door is a huge bonus. Our overall experience has been great and I would recommend this location to everyone!

Well I went online and rented my storage unit with no problems. I was told I would get confirmation of doing so through my email as I did easy enough. And then it allowed I would get my unit number and I would get my key code shortly after confirmation was made about payment for the storage unit well I received an email about my unit number but had to call for someone to look up my account verify that it was me that was calling them finally got my key code. Was so told to bring myself a lock so I could lock up my storage unit after I was done so I could secure it which I did but once I arrived to the storage facility that evening I couldn't get my key code to work it kept telling me to call the store manager and then I finally decided to try and download the app that they had posted to the window well I couldn't get that to work so I had to call and then they connected me to the district manager where he had to get me an emergency code to use until they could get it straight but they did. But what I'm really trying to say is they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made sure I was able to put my belongings in the storage unit and I still haven't had any issues with my storage unit or getting to my belongings in the storage unit that I rented and I would gladly recommend them to family, friends and to whoever asks about a storage units thanks again Joseph Raines
