Outside of no longer carrying Power-Aid sports drink products ☹☹☹☹☹☹☹, I love visiting this store.
While l don't utilize the pharmacy for any of my Rx needs, it's the store staff that make this place a treat to visit. Paul up front is the the purest definition of fantastic customer service. ALWAYS welcoming and inviting with a warm sincere hello upon entry into the store.
It's so refreshing in the post-pandemic world to actually experience real customer service Vs. just unabashed common indifference in the form of lip service.
I've ALWAYS found the restrooms to be clean. The building is always in good order and there is always abundant parking available.
While it seems most of the less then favorable reviews are directed entirely at the pharmacy and it's staff, the store itself have never given me any issues.

Despite my prescription not being ready, the pharmacy tech found my prescription and took the time to get it to me! He was very nice and helpful. Thanks!

Despite other reviews, I've only ever had good experiences. The staff is friendly, the pharmacy staff was very helpful with and issue I had with my COVID test appointment confirmation. Sometimes there is a wait at the drive thru, but I feel that is pretty typical for most drive thru pharmacy's.

SHERYL WAS SO HELPFUL!!! MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HER, SHE IS AWESOME!!! I got there 15 min before closing & she wasn't rude or rushing in fact she even helped me and suggested a different product that worked great for her. And showed me another great deal to save some money. She is very informative,knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. She went above above and beyond . She has that customer service,you never get anymore... Thank you Sheryl. You make that CVS the best!

Popped in this evening to utilize the pharmacy. Our situation was a bit complicated and unusual, and the pharmacy gentleman was so helpful, kind and patient(tall guy with a beard, very nice person). And he offered up several options to meet our needs. Very positive experience.

Definitely a pharmacy-only issue here cause every time I go it’s always chill. The older gentleman and lady are always very nice and super accommodating. It’s to the point where I feel like I can’t match their niceness energy. That said, this place is bussin bussin fr, no cap. Pharmacy opps though… I guess.

Went to get vaccinated, the staff was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Ethan helped us figure out what to do since we left important medication in Columbus, Ohio. Very important to us and we appreciate the service.
