Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Wow! The customer service at this store is outstanding! I needed a hard to match stain color and Michelle quickly and accurately got the job done! Both Michelle and Mark were so friendly and helpful while I was there, helping to evaluate what colors to pull (and not pull) from the floor sample I was matching. Five star service! Don’t hesitate to take your business there!!

Now this is a paint store! These employees are very friendly AND helpful. I can't understand how the general public is so stinking rude. In my half hour of being there, I had a very pleasant experience with a female employee and also saw a customer be very NASTY to a male employee for not knowing what stain she needed?! Just disrespectful. Anyway, all these negative reviews are outliers and do not correctly represent this SW store. You have to know how to articulate what you want and they are more than helpful here. More than I can say for my poor experience at the one in Sylvania. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK HOLLAND SW 🤙

I've haven't been painting for very long but I can tell that it's of great quality and I enjoy working it everyday. I haven't personally had a customer experience with them; but I can vouch that there where couple of late nights where they had mixed up various paints just before they close for us. CLUTCH! And on every occasion they could match the paint color we needed. Just from a third person point of view I could see they were 5☆

Airport highway store has the most helpful employees out of all the stores around Toledo. The paint quality is great and the service is even better.

Very helpful and patient people working for you. Yes, can be a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for 200% in this case. Materials are are heads and toes better than the nearest competitor.

The employees are extremely helpful and they know exactually what to do when a customer wants the best. I will only buy from Sherwin Williams. It's pricey but well worth it
