I discovered S & K Appliances on Facebook about a week ago. Due to being recently scammed having bought a defective washer from someone on Marketplace I was skeptical. However, after I read the numerous positive reviews, I decided to give them a try. And I must say that I was very impressed with the quick response to move forward. The fee for the diagnostic was very reasonable. When the appointment was scheduled Keith was true to schedule, and communication. He kept it very honest with his findings and recommendations. In the end we needed a new washer and got a great deal and outstanding service! From now on I will be calling on S & K Appliances for repairs and purchases. Thank you!

I had been without a dryer for over a month. I decided to call S&K for a diagnostic. The service was prompt & efficient and very professional. Unfortunately the wires were burned so the dryer was a bust. I inquired about a dryer Keith the technician said he would check and see what was available and get back with me. Mind you he did the diagnostic and found out what he had available and delivered me a new dryer all in two hours. I am so glad that I called and they have a life time customer!!! Keith was awesome. It only took 20 minutes to install the units and get rid of the old ones. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a washer and dryer.

The washer and dryer was very reasonably priced, included delivery and setup and has been working perfectly! The company is timley in responses and arrangements and deliver what they promise. We will definitely use them again when the need arises! :)

I saw an ad for S&K on Facebook and reached out via inbox. I only had to wait 1 day for them to arrive to fix my dryer. The tech was transparent about pricing, had everything he needed in his truck and fixed my dryer within 30 minutes! I am a happy camper. Fast, honest and did wonderful work.

My elderly grandmothers washing machine quit spinning. After about 2 weeks of trying to find a new washer I found S&K on Facebook. They were super flexible and came right out and looked at her washer. Sadly they weren’t able to fix it, but they had the same kind of washer she had previously and even installed it the same day. They don’t try to jerk you around are Very professional, very honest and upfront. I would recommend S & K to anyone and everyone I know!!!

My daughter recommended this company. He was very professional and friendly . The prices are also very reasonable. They also have options for payments even though I didn’t use the options. I would highly recommend this company.

S&K to the rescue…a Saturday repair request made through S&K’s Facebook page via Chat, received a quick response and a scheduled Sunday AM repair visit. Keith, the K in S&K, recapped what might be the problem with our clothes dryer and approximate cost of repair. We decided to go ahead with the repair which Keith completed in short order. Keith’s communication throughout the scheduling and repair process was excellent. Overall, it was pleasant and professional experience dealing with S&K and Keith. I’d highly recommend for appliance repair.

I had to get my washer fixed. Other places were quoting me $100+ for a diagnostic plus the repair cost. Here the diagnostic is only $50 and average repair is about $100. He was fast at responding to schedule an appointment and friendly. Definitely will recommend to others.

Had an overall exceptional experience with Keith. I needed a good, reliable washer and gas dryer for my condo but wanted to avoid unnecessary technical features, 'high end' design(s) and a ridiculous price point...and Keith had the perfect LG set for me that's sturdy, has just enough features and fits well into my basement utility room. In addition, the price was super reasonable and he was able to deliver and set things up the same day. The washer and gas dryer get the job done (very well I might add) and I can also put the money I saved towards other updates and upgrades so it's definitely a win-win situation.

Ordered a Whirlpool set and could not be happier. The all inclusive price for delivery, install and the set itself made the whole transaction simple, easy and straightforward. Not only that but the sets come with a warranty as well. Keith was awesome with communication and was very easygoing and great to work with!

Met Keith at the storage facility and made my selection. 20 minutes later he was at my door with the goods. He moved these items downstairs into my basement by himself. He seems like a great guy to do business with. Responsive and efficient, would recommend.
