Was very pleased with the friendly service here. I had several questions about windows and they answered each one without making me feel stupid. I appreciate that!

I was looking for a certain size of screw and Lowe's and Home Depot didn't have them so I ended up here, the man who helped me was very nice and took time to try and find exactly what I needed - I ended up only having a card on me, no cash to purchase the screws, and another customer offered me a few bucks to cover it. I'm not from around here but the whole community seems very nice. Thank you again!

When I need a key made, I always go here. They never get it wrong. It's always done perfectly the first time. They know what they're doing there.

I have shopped there a number of times for different items I have needed as well as having my doors rescreened. Seems like each time I walk through the aisles I see things I didn't think they would carry. I also want to mention genuine friendly service you dont feel in the big stores.

This is a first rate modern, but old time hardware store where the people know and share their knowledge. Fair prices, excellent service, and help with stuff and things. Tim is also an excellent woodworker capable of fine repairs and wood construction. An absolute joy.

Awesome little hardware shop. They are very knowledgeable about what they sell and almost have everything in stock. I've saved many trips to zannesville by going here. They will also give you advice on the repair.
