Front desk service was good service. But the people on the floor treat you like criminals with their eyes.
It's something about you being a type of class for them not to really pay attention to you.
Just some people they give a certain look 😕.. if you know what I mean 😏

Always a great place to shop. The clearance are was full of bargains, but some of the winter items could have been marked down more. There were good sales in the store. It is soooo nice to see women's plus sizes in store. I hate to pay full price for shopping for just one item online so indoor shopping solves that dilemma. The cashier was very friendly, however, I didn't catch her name. Fitting room attendant was very nice and well. This was on Sunday, Feb 6th.

Old Navy (and all gap brands) are the absolute best. I always recommend ON to my friends looking for an easy outfit renewal or to try a new size.

Always very clean and the best customer service! Most of the time prices cant be beat either!

I've always been a huge fan of Old Navy...love their clothes, especially that I can always get long/tall in pants, and their maxi dresses truly are maxi on me, which is not always the case at other stores. In addition, the staff is SUPER helpful! Always! Had an issue with online ordering today, to pick up at Vestal, NY store, and the manager and salesperson went above and beyond to recreate my online order, including all online discounts!❤❤❤ Walked out feeling happy, appreciative, and thankful. Thanks Old Navy!🌞

Great prices for quality clothing. I got a very nice bomber jacket for $40 and it is one of my favorite pieces of clothing. Awesome place if you want flannels and/or jackets for the fall or winter season.i would recommend for those who want quality clothes for a reasonable price. Also great for children and toddler clothes !

Great! The changing rooms are always clean (as in no tags left on floor like in Burlington 👀) and they have so many pretty cool pieces of clothing! Love ittttt!

Love Old Navy and their curbside pickup! Only thing that bothered me was the space they have available for curbside pickup is too small for my large truck to fit into. 🤣😭😂
