They had a nice pack of pokemon!

Normally I avoid Gamestop because I just don't like their business and i can buy cheaper elsewhere. However, they had a Saints Row exclusive with some goodies and i couldn't turn it down this time.
I was impressed they had any left so i made the purchase.

Excellent customer service. Great employees at this location. Pretty good selection of games and gear.

Randy is amazing person he helped us out so much. During the rush of a game sale he took his time with us and helped me and my son out. Erin is a great associate as well ....Randy really made our night such a kind heart...
If he is not the manager he needs to be ...as he was just amazing he made me cry...Not to many people out there like him ....Thank you so much Randy ....You are GREAT .....If he is a manager I can see why ...

I just walked out of this GameStop after I realized the game case that came with my purchase did not have the disc inside. I returned back to the store a couple of days later and spoke to a staff member about it. After examining the game case I brought in they realized they accidentally sold me the display case for the PS4 game instead of the game case with the actual disc in it that is behind the counter. They quickly resolved the problem and provided me the game with no hassle.

Randy the manager was very polite and patient with me as I traded in my Xbox and Nintendo systems and libraries. He very efficient in handling both me and other customers at the same time. He also is a fellow gamer and could have a conversation with me. The store was very clean too. Randy also warned me about an "online only" games which I greatly appreciated.

Amazing staff and amazing service! Couldn't have had a more enjoyable time in a store while its busy as crazy! This location and its employees deserve more than 5 stars!

Good selections and shelves always filled. A lot of clearance items next to their checkout counter. Friendly staff and helpful.

Crazy how some people leave 1 star reviews when they get caught trying to SCAM the store and get called out for it!! The employees at this store are freaking awesome. Cheree, Ron, Brittney, and Randy do a phenomenal job. Especially at calling out scammers!!

This particular gamestop location always provides excellent customer Service! Rob was extremely helpful to us! The staff here is always super friendly and professional and the store is always clean and organized. Not every gamestop in Las Vegas is as organized as this location; this is definitely my favorite gamestop!

Always have the used games in stock. Always give me special deals on my returns. Never had a problem with my pre orders and they always have the cutting edge info. It doesnt get any better. Thank You

Great place to shop for all your gaming needs. Pre order games, action figures and pops. Why waste gas driving all over town? Just pre order. Ron and Randy are great and are always willing to help. I've been going to this location since the store opened. Great people here. Thanks gamestop!

I’ve been coming to this game stop since I was 15 years old Ron randy sheree and Pam are absolutely the best GameStop staff there is point blank period I’ve moved farther away and still drive over just to deal with them
