Staff and the manager were very polite and helpful. We had an issue with a birthday gift that was purchased online and needed to return it. They went above and beyond to help us out which made my child’s day and saved him from being very disappointed. We also had a few other questions while shopping and there was always staff near by that were more than willing to help.

Super friendly people super helpful. I had to buy a bra for my wife was embarrassed to ask a female about sizing and yet they were pure professionals. Thank you for making it so easy.

My husband took me here today to buy me a boxing bag and gloves for my Birthday, I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice the store was and all of the equipment that you have there!

The Gentleman on the floor came over to help us and helped me make some decisions with what to buy for Boxing equipment and the Gentleman up at the checkout was also very helpful and helped push the cart out to our car, nice chatting with him!

Thanks to Jesse in shoes for helping my teenage son find a pair of shoes that fit well and met his specific criteria. Jesse was a pro at navigating sizing for his in between shoe size and we left feeling really good about our purchase. The fact he’s a parent helped him relate to us as well. Thank you!

Came here last Saturday (10/1) and although the women’s sneaker section was fresh out of my size in most styles, I was very impressed with their shoe expert, Jesse. I had a conversation with him about my frustration with the short lifespan of some of the sneakers I’ve owned. He ended up sharing multiple tips with me on how to extend their life or get replacements with the local Nike outlet and mentioned remedies with other shoe brands. Would love to come back to get his expertise on shoe fittings, he seems very knowledgeable. :)

Went in to buy some shoes. Jessie was very helpful, measured both feet and seeing they were two different sizes gave us some good recommendations. Also recommended a few brands of shoe that were known to provide good support for walking. Definitely appreciated his help with our buying decision. Top notch customer service. We went to the Maple Grove location to get clarifications on how to purchase a treadmill and have it delivered. Drew was very helpful and professional. Once we reserved it online, we went back to the store to finalize the purchase and leave our info for the delivery and set up. Dylan was very efficient and detailed. Very satisfied with the whole process.

Had a nice conversation with a very nice employee, I wish I would have got her name so I could have told the manager how helpful she was. The store was very clean and well organized too, making it very easy to find what I was looking for. My only complaint is that some areas were clearly being reorganized for the spring and summer seasons and didn't seem fully ready yet.

Quite complete when you look for all sort of fitness and exercise stuff. Attendants are very helpful and knowledgeable. Do online pricing first before heading there because the store is price-matching. Kind of nice when you want to touch, look and feel stuff before buying it.

Went to the store to pick up an item on hold and it was the incorrect color. The manager Link came over and was determined to find the size and color and didnt stop till he did! He was so friendly and awesome to work with. He was a true example of what people in a customer service should be! Thank you!!!

I took my son to find some cleats for football and the guy helping us did a excellent job at teaching us what to look for and what would be good for him. He went above and beyond. Great service.

Jessie in the Maple Grove store in the shoes was so helpful and provided us with so much information. It was one of the best experiences we have had shopping for shoes. We needed cleats and tennis shoes and ended up getting some socks too with his help.

I needed to size & exchange items from my son's soccer gear. I also needed to purchase soccer socks & shorts. I Expressed I was told by friends that the package (Ball, Shin Guards, & Shoes) I purchased online comes with socks in store. The staff member with strong efforts fitted my son & made sure we had the appropriate size. He informed me that the information I was given was incorrect. So I grabbed a pair of socks (9.99) & shorts (10.99). As a courtesy, the cashier applied a discount to the item. As a result I paid $12 for the socks & shoes. Another thing... Prior to going to the store... I went to 7 different stores including Adidas for socks & short while waiting for the online order. Couldnt fine them nowhere. Dick's had everything!

Great store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection. Kinda pricey, but frequent coupons and weekend sales more than make up for it

Kamron is awesome he helped me out with the many pairs of shoes I tried on. Not a single eye roll. Great job young man!
