I give the manager 5 stars. After an error was made, Teri went above and beyond to look into the issue. She corrected it very quickly. It was very heartwarming to see how much she cares about this store, the customers and the employees who work there.

I'm and old man. Worked hard, have some assets. Been in charge all my life. Now I'm just an old guy, who can't keep up. I walked in with my tasks and problems. A very helpful gal named Moe and her very helpful boss made everything better. They did right by me. I could not be happier with their good work. Thanks

I have had very good experiences at this Office Depot location. I am quite satisfied with the recent experience purchasing a new desktop computer. Harris, my tech support sales rep., was knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I was getting everything needed on the new computer.

Manager Terri was very helpful. She took time to look up my rewards account. Found that I had 2, which why I may not be getting the credit for the ink cartridges. She deleted one of the accounts & updated my phone number. She also priced matched purchased without my asking.

I have had great experiences with Office Depot for over the past 20+ years. I shop Maple Grove and Golden Valley and find the store and the people very easy to work with. They also seem to know their products.

Colton was beyond helpful. He help guide me on choosing the right print design and was super helpful.
Great customer service

Had a seamless experience ordering copies online twice. Very quick and easy to pick up. Looked awesome as well. When I was in the store, all of the employees were so helpful to me and had great suggestions for my needs. They are my go to office supply store.

Ryan in the tech support is amazing! We damaged (bent) a flashdrive and called several places to recover the data. Everyone told us it would take a minimum of 2 weeks and wanted to charge us a very excessive amount of money!! Ryan was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He was able to recover our files and put them onto a NEW flashdrive for a reasonable price and within the hour!! I could not be happier and am so thankful we found him!!

Office Depot has a wide selection of products, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This store is one of the better Office Depots in MN. Bought 3 office chairs, 3 mats, and a simple desk. Jeremy helped us out and really took the time to make it all work. He was friendly, helpful, and overall customer service with him was top notch! Even helped us load up and offered their return policy info. just in case. Hard to find that these days in workers.

Clean store, well organized, helpful staff, had what I needed

I was in Maple Grove, MN store on a Friday and looking to purchase a desk and chair. I had it picked out and manager checked upcoming add and mentioned that they would more than likely be on add starting Sunday and suggested I wait. I went online Sunday and desk was $100 off. He saved me that!! Then did curbside pickup and never even had to get out of my car. Staff was all friendly and helpful!!❤

I made some custom invitations for my sons birthday and I called 3-4 times with questions. The same guy answered each time and was so patient, professional and helpful. I wish I would have gotten his name-he truly made the process so much easier and I appreciate it SO much. I will definitely be back for any invitations/prints I need done!

I found Office Depot to be very professional, friendly and efficient when I visited them earlier this month. I had a problem with creating and printing a project that I needed in a few days. Andy in the print/tech department listened attentively to me and figured out how to solve the problem. He promised it would be ready in two days and it was!
