Walgreens Pharmacy

Charlie, the pharmacist, is amazing. I usually pick up my prescription at a different Walgreens location and every month I run into issues. I had to transfer my script to the Gorham location and Charlie actually explained the issues to me and treated me like a human being. I now know how to fix these issues for my next refill so I don't have to struggle every month. No one at the other location has ever explained anything - they just shoo me away.

I have heard it's tough out there for Pharmacists right now, so I never really judged my experience at the other location. I feel for them. But it was really refreshing to feel like this man genuinely wants to help people in this career.

I used this pharmacy to pcr test for Covid. I had read all the negative reviews, so I was concerned about using them. I was able to test and get results. I was aware of the “tone” in the voice coming thru the screen. At first I was tempted to dis this place too, except for one thing. These are hard times. Everyone is stressed, overworked, maybe not even happy to be at work. So…..I’m retired. I get it. I remember how that all felt and luckily wasn’t dealing with all we are today. So all in all, everything went well. Thank you to the person behind the screen who helped me. I appreciate you and all that you did to help me.

The pharmacy staff and the staff up front are always very helpful and friendly. If they don’t have what I need they check other stores for me. Love my Walgreens!!

I love this Rite Aid,.. always seems to have more in stock then some of the other ones,.. great selection & variety. Very pleasant staff who are always there to help you if needed.

Love this store!

This has been my primary pharmacy for several years. If they sent more helpful text messages when your Rx was ready for pick-up; I would have given them a 5 star rating. This is a corporate function, but still affects my enjoyment of the pharmacy. Helpful staff in the store & pharmacy. Great drugstore makeup selection, frequent sales; excellent return policy on makeup. Large store with chips, milk, eggs and some lunch meat. Also bread, crackers and other staples.

Couldn't believe my luck when I saw that the store was open today when I googled it even called to doublecheck, before driving 30 minutes in a snowstorm only to discover that they're closed and locked up tight and look as though they were never open. Sooooo pissed right now

This is store is so poorly run it should be an embarrassment but seems to be accepted as the normal. Check out lanes may appear opened but usually aren't and the staff tends to wait until you've placed your things done before telling you. Small detail but so frustrating when it happens every other visit. Pharmacy Staff can be rude at times as well

Don’t bother calling this pharmacy to ask if they have prescriptions in stock. They are unprofessional and won’t give out any information. Waste of your time and would never do business with them!

for some reason I’ve never been able to pick up my meds on time at this location. It always takes more than two medication refill requests for the pharmacy to even notice it. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or lack of employees willing to do their job, but it’s becoming quite obnoxious and reliably unreliable. Will be switching to CVS as this has been happening for months.

Scheduled a PCR covid test earlier this week. I received an email this morning confirming that my appointment was still scheduled for today and that I should show up. When I arrived the pharmacy was closed. I doublechecked and I did not receive any emails, phone calls, or texts informing me that the pharmacy was closed.

It is absolutely unbelievable unbelievable the pharmacy isn't open on the weekends and they don't open until 9 o'clock Monday through Friday so so I'm really sorry to those who have a prescription that they medically need daily and have a job Monday through Friday You'll have to take time off from work from work to get a prescription I recommend everyone find somewhere else to go
