The technician took the time to go through each of my medications with me today. She ran each through my insurance and then through other saving methods. Thanks to her I was able to cut my medication price way down, some in half. The way things are with everything costing so much this is a huge blessing. Thank you to the wonderful pharmacy staff

I've been using this pharmacy for 3 years and have always had friendly and fast service from the pharmacy and other staff.

Phamecy new employees needs customer service training and diversity traing also. But they are doing fine.

Mixed experiences with this pharmacy. Pharmacist was very friendly during my first COVID vaccination. My second shot was a different experience. Pharmacist was rude and told me to come back the next day after waiting for half an hour. I had to drive to another CVS to get my second dose. The people at the second location were very friendly and I received my second shot within 5 minutes of arrival.

The staff at this mccordsville location are rude and unprofessional...they told me on 2 different occasions that my medication wasn't there and both times they were wrong and "found" them so I assume they aren't very organized either if they are misplacing medication... I was hung up on and the techs always have bad attitudes like u are an inconvenience and they act miserable to be there...I was so disappointed I will now be switching to a different pharmacy....

Rude! I have had numerous experiences at this location. I had one experience where a girl told me to never have my dogs in the drive thru again. My vehicle… my rules.. don’t like it.. don’t work there. Many times I’ve had to wait all day for scripts to be filled. I’d have to call to remind them only for them to tell me “they are behind”. My husband picked me up some meds today because I’m sick and it was an elderly lady. She was extremely rude. If this continues I’ll drive further to use a different pharmacy. If u don’t want to work… don’t… try being nice to people as well

Absolutely the worst attitude by a pharmacy technician. Had an appt for the flu vaccine and went early. I was asked to come back by the pharmacist because they were trying to get opened up. I came back a few hours later, and the technician told me I would have to come back again because they were going to go to lunch. Although the pharmacist offered to give me my flu shot, the technician through a fit and said that is ridiculous.

So I said I would come back and the technician started shaking her head like "That's right, you will," and i left telling her that her attitude was horrible.

So i went to meijer to get my shot and change all my prescriptions to them.

Never ever will I go back to CVS pharmacy in Mccordsville.

I've never dealt with the most disrespectful, very unprofessional pharmacy over the phone.

They should adhere to the doctors’ prescriptions/instructions instead of deciding what they prefer to do. There’s a reason their reviews are so bad.

Horrible customer service! Someone needs to fire Lauren. She has no customer service skills, it’s a shame she is the manager. She has no sympathy For customers in need of their child’s medicine. Not only did they fail to tell me that my son’s medicine was ready, but they also failed to tell me they were closing early. I called at 7:30 pm (within their hours of operation) that’s when they told me “oh your medicine is ready, but we are not opened”. Lauren had the nerve to hang up on me because I was upset about the fact that this is the second time they do this with my child’s medicine. I had to drive 15 minutes because I called back to see if she had transferred my sons medicine (it’s now 7:51 pm still during operation hours) I asked for Lauren because I obviously needed my son’s medicine; she simply said “sorry I transferred it to a different store”. Sorry doesn’t fix it! It should not be this hard to fill my son’s medicine. Needless to say I will never used them again, I will drive to the 56th and post location where they treated me like a human being, not just another prescription. Great job Lauren!!!!

Used this pharmacy for the first time today, I take a narcotic for my ptsd and they shorted my prescription. I will be calling coorporate and reporting them.
