Poboy's deli is hands down the best seafood I've ever had in North Alabama. It's not a sandwich, it's not a hoagie, and it's not a sub--these guys absolutely nail the bread perfectly(and if you're a poboy fan, you know what I'm talking about)... It's crunchy but won't tear up your mouth, and it's soft but not to the point of falling apart. The seafood is phenomenal but it's such an easy thing to ruin with bad bread--so thumbs up for perfect bread.
