Love this store. Amy is the best. She always greets me with the largest smile and kindly accommodates my needs with professional accuracy. You all have a diamond there. Better hold on tight to her. Highly recommend this store. Miss Melanie is awesome too !

I frequently use this Medical Center UPS Store location, most often for Amazon returns, but occasionally for shipping other items. I choose this location over others as it is not only very convenient, but despite a large volume of traffic in the store, the associates here have been very courteous and efficient. You're my 'go to!' Thanks for doing a great job for me!

This is my favorite UPS store. The people are so nice and ALWAYS so helpful. They make sending packages, buying stamps, getting things laminated and sooo much more an easy process.

Made copies of some old family musings that were over 70 years old. Very, very delicate. Amy took great care with fragile paper and took the time to copy each page individually. Well done.

I went in not knowing exactly how to return an item to Amazon.

Enter Meghan. She could not have been more patient,helpful and Kind. I went in thinking I was going to hold up the line and left relieved and a customer that will recommend this location.

I was so impressed by how prompt the associates were in helping me! Megan was especially exceptional. She was so friendly and helped me with everything I needed to get done from beginning to end!

Convenient location, fast service. I return Amazon products here at little to no charge. Usually needs a box or bag but shipping labels are often scanned or printed there when you email a copy to them. Labels cost no more than $3.00 to print.

Greatest people EVER! Like another reviewer said, "Lifesavers!" They swooped in to rescue me when I needed some graphics work done. So they're not just repro -- they really can do anything print related! And they're now my new go-to for my shredding, packing, mailing and printing. They understand the needs of the small business person like me. Locally owned by true community-minded folks.

I had over 20 boxes of different shapes and sizes to ship today. I had the pleasure of working with Kyla to ship my supplies to multiple locations. I knew this would take a long time today. Kyla was very patient and professional

Had presentation items printed elsewhere and hours before we realized they were not done correctly. Using other print services even for simple color copies I would have to wait hours. I called UPS store to see if they could rush the order and there was no rush fee- within minutes of emailing the file it was completed and I was able to make my presentation on time. Absolute lifesaver! I’ve even had experience in other print companies where they were out of color ink and had to delay my order. UPS was fast, friendly and thorough! Highly recommend.

Had a great experience here. We came in with so much stuff and the front was super patient and kind, helping us organize and get everything shipped. We really appreciated them being open with all the crazy weather!

Melanie, the owner and her husband, Jonathan are great in service and care about their customers and are no 1. I had an emergency last week and was bleeding from cuts to my right hand, Tami and Melanie took care of me by getting me bandaids and forced me to go to The ER. They cared and helped me.

This is the no 1 place to go to. Also, I returned something to Blaux through Max and they stated that I had not returned it. This facility had excellent tracking and receipt syst to dispute this for me. I disputed it with their proof when I had lost my receipt. This cleared up this dilemma for me. I can not say enough about how great this store is.

No 1 star 5. You will never lose me as a customer.

I came in to ship a package and I couldn’t figure how to print my shipping label and the lady working the counter today, Victoria, was super nice and helpful! She figured it out for me super quick! The store was also very clean and organized! So double win!
