Feel compelled to this review after my first experience with the great folks at Main Street Medical. Been in the market for a lift chair for awhile now as long-standing sciatica issues have impacted my ability to easily get in and out of my current reclining chair. I did a ton of online research had a general idea of what I was looking for before I paid a visit to Main Street Medical. I was greeted by Brett and the entire team...Andrea, Richard, Lynda and Renay. Brett then took the time to let me try out several chairs...carefully explaining the differences between the two manufactures and the different models they carry and price points. He gave me all the information I needed to make a well-informed decision. Here's the kicker...I asked Brett how much lead time until the chair would be delivered. I was expecting him to say "several weeks" based on what I've been hearing with other furniture companies. Imagine my shock when Brett casually replied "I can have the chair you're sitting in delivered to you within an hour's time"....What!!! Who does that anymore?? No one that I know of other than Main Street Medical. Literally one hour later I was sitting in my brand new lift chair in my home. Can't ask for better service than that. I highly recommend you swing by Main Street Medical for all of your in-home medical equipment/supplies. Let them impress you as much as they did for me.

I needed some supplies for my husband after his surgery so I called the store and Andrea answered. I told her what I was in need of and she checked and had the items. It was 10 minutes before they were to close and I told Andrea I was in Temple and it would take longer. She told me not to worry she would wait for me. I arrived and she had pulled several items that I needed. She was very pleasant and did not rush me at all. She talked about some of the items they carried and even the rental program they have for lift chairs. I was so impressed and will be back. Andrea went above and beyond for me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
