D'Fuskie’s Store and Eatery

This place showed as closed when we looked online but decided to navigate after the bigger marina was full. Not alot of slips but you can pull in and visit this hidden gem of a place to get some food and drink, and restrooms.

A quick stop at the Daufuskie Store and Eatery to split a sandwich. Basically a general store that sells amazing sandwiches. We had the Smokey (see description in photo) and loved it!

Great service and atmosphere. The dog Sailor is nice too!

Definitely check them out.

By far the best restaurant on the island by far casing his crew do a hell of a job 10 out of 10 recommend. Pizza is incredible.

Great little grab what you may need to spot if you forgot something or are running low. Prices are not bad at all. Warning ATM inside charge $5 plus change.. If your bank gives back your ATM fees I wouldn't worry about it.

Stopped in to this store a few times on our trip to Daufuskie last week. It's small but has a nice selection of items and some items local to the island. Very friendly owner. We plan visit the island again next year, and hope to try some of the food!

Did not eat here this visit. Stopped in to pick up a few things at the store. Owners are trying very hard to bring in needed groceries. Mostly condiments and canned foods. Some fresh. Make sure to let them know the type of thing's you are looking for. Super friendly.

Oh, it's simple for sure- a nice store and nearby bar/sandwich-y or basket-y eatery. You order at the bar and they bring it out. The tuna and chicken sandwich are way yummy!

What a special little place. We didn’t have much time and needed something to eat. The staff cooked us up an awesome pizza within like 10 minutes! They make you feel like one of the locals rather than a tourist.

It's a vacation spot. The bar and drinks were great!!!

Stopped here on a Monday when some other places were closed but was not disappointed. We had the "Smokey" sandwich and it was great. Stopped by again later in the day for a drink. The staff was friendly and efficient. A real slice of island life.

We pulled up on our golf cart after touring the island. It is a cute little store on the Island with good lunch options. We enjoyed our sandwiches with a drink from the bar.
The owner and staff were friendly.
Be sure to walk by the water for a lovely view and a little history of the island.
Three hours was just not enough time to tour. We could have spent the whole day on this island.

Y'all, go to D'fuskies. The only good lunch on the island and the only place to get grocery type stuff. The staff is awesome. Leigh Anne is an especially friendly and helpful person. Just one word of advice. Don't go in and ask stupid questions, no one that lives on the island appreciates it when we're asked for the umpteen millionth time where stuff is and how long we've lived here. GPS and Google maps works just fine here so use those for directions.

D'Fuskies embodies what Daufuskie is all about! Great food, fabulous location with a little bit of fun and quirky thrown in for good measure. The store is well stocked and has a little bit of everything you might need for your stay. The pizza is great and the sandwiches are delicious. A truly great unique Daufuskie location and a must visit.

A must visit!! Thursday nights for tacos (I recommend the tacos al pastor) with a huge toppings bar plus margaritas and live music. Any other day for a great sandwich, incredible pizza, or some snacks and grocery items. Plus you'll always see a friendly face. There are restrooms and a playground nearby and a beautiful view of the water

Our visit to D’Fuskies truly was the highlight of my bachelorette trip. Service, atmosphere, and people were absolutely amazing! We highly recommend and will be back soon!

As a new resident to the island I am always asking questions especially when visiting D’Fuskies. I always have what I consider stupid questions and I am always provided an answer. We depend of D’fuskies for sandwiches, pizza, tacos and cans of tipsy. A staple of our community and one of the many places that make our home incredibly special!!!!

Love this place and all who work there. Store is extremely organized and stocked with everything you need that you might have forgotten. Pizza and sandwiches are delicious and huge. Playground, dock, sunset to swoon over - D’Fuskie’s has it all!

Had the pizza and two sandwiches. Kids loved the sandwiches and my wife and I loved the pizza. Great crust and packed with large, fresh pepperoni. Not just good pizza for the island. I am Italian. This was good "pie" period.
