Fast friendly service despite the overall 2.5 star rating.

I was worried about using this store because of the reviews and ratings but I was pleasantly surprised today. I was greeted and helped almost immediately. I was only doing a small print job and they handled it very quickly. We couldn’t get a stamped area to print so I accepted it just wasn’t going to work paid and left. I got a call a few minutes later that they tinkered with the settings and got it to print correctly. I swung back by and picked up the better print at no charge.

I will definitely use them again given my good experience here.

Great experience here! I worked with Vani, and she was so quick and helpful. She was courteous, kind, and was very attentive to every customer. She made sure I got everything I needed. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, I emailed documents with special printing instructions. Including a heavy weight paper stock. Abhishek, followed my instructions and gave exceptional service. The printing job was very affordable and organized. No question, I will use their service in the near future.

Not all UPS stores practice public health recommendations to protect customers. However, this store enforces distancing and workers wear face coverings. Service is very good. I have stopped going to the store nearest me because they do not take customer safety seriously during this pandemic.

Sales associate/manager Sid is always delightful to work with when dropping off return items. He always clearly explains the process and confirms there's no confusion prior to me leaving the store. Too many businesses lack this kind of service nowadays, so kudos to UPS for having this kind of employee.

As a business owner, and mailbox tenant at this location for 7 years, we have been very pleased with the reliability and efforts that are being made to care for each person respectfully and efficiently. There are recent changes in our supply by US Mail / Amazon / UPS delivery / etc. which are impacting every service industry. Fortunately, this store is a place where we can speak with a person who hears and responds to our concerns and not an iBot. It is not unreasonable to charge for a packing label printing that Amazon provides electronically to its Prime customers for printing, boxing & tape (post-covid especially). In fact, for years pre-Covid I was surprised this store did that for other customers thinking, "what's in it for them?" How do they pay their staff, rent, electricity for heaven's sake? I now see from reading the reviews it was a courtesy and one they could afford, but now... it is not. I want to see this business (well run, with ltd. employees) and many other of our local businesses thrive because they are needed and for us as patrons to recognize the thankless role they play.

Since moving from Miami, this UPS store location has been excellent at helping my Wife’s small business needs and packing.

Everything is explained clearly and honestly. The confidence of the team is really refreshing when most locations just seem passive and indifferent.

The manager of this location, Sid, really understands customer service and the value of providing good customer experiences even in the toughest situations. He totally helped me with a complicated freight shipment when I was in a bind. I love the UPS brand just a little more because of Sid and his team.

The manager Kinnari was awesome! I came in with an odd item needing to ship and she went out of her way to help me with everything from cutting boxes to finding lowest rates. Highly recommend!

Dealt with them for some years and never had a problem. Have used them for everything from packing and shipping, to buying greeting cards, to notary services. Always knowledgeable. Always professional and friendly.
