Thank you Kayla!! I needed a Notary fast! I arrived when they opened, and she was able to sign the document earlier than the usual hours so I could be ready for a meeting.

Brought in gift items in a bag to send to Virginia. Kayla took care of everything. She was kind, patient, and efficient. Excellent service!!!!!

My first time using this UPS Store. What attracted me to this location was lots of parking & no wait. I was assisted by Miss Kayla. She's very knowledgeable, professional & courteous. She assisted me with getting a mailbox. I've been looking into this for six months and this store had one. Miss Kayla answered all of my questions and processed the entire transaction within 15 minutes. Thank you Miss Kayla for making me feel valued & important. I appreciate you. I highly recommend this business. Very convenient & customer service friendly.

Every time I go in there they get through customs fast and they do it all correctly and I understand everything that’s going on so I know how to do it when I come back.

I came across reviews of the Inverness UPS store this morning, much by accident, and I was surprised by some of the negative reviews. My husband and I frequent this store at least four times a week. We have never encountered anything but professional and polite service at this store.
Samantha, Kayla, Juan, and Noemi are all incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. Sometimes there is a short wait, but these lovely associates do all they can to minimize wait times. We are very grateful for them and for the convenience of this location.

Kayla is a very proficient and professional employee. When she is behind the counter you know the line will move fast, especially with Amazon returns. UPS Leadership should greatly consider promoting this employee.

I've been to this location numerous times and have never had to wait long for service. There's plenty of parking. It's convenient to other stores that I need to go to. At the help. Seem to be knowledgeable and efficient. If I were going to have one complaint it would be that the UPS prices for overnight are just amazingly high, but that's not the store's fault.

I've used this UPS store since 2006. The people who work there have a positive attitude and are very friendly. I don't know if this store is still owned by the people who we got to know and got to be friends with. They went out of their way to help us and especially my wife when she was alive. They would let us know if it was cheaper using the Postal service instead of them.

In the last two months the staff at this store has made some wonderful improvements. Speed of service has increased 100%. The staff always seems to know that what I am shipping is valuable to me so they take great care in processing my shipments. It seems to me that management is doing a great job building a team that is motivated to work together to achieve the best customer service possible. Remember Rome wasn’t built in a day, keep your chin up, keep smiling and keep moving forward.

I walked in on a Sunday, 20 minutes before closing, to do an Amazon return and was greeted by the super nice Kayla, who was so helpful and sweet. I appreciate you being so patient with me. Thank you

OMG. Sam was an A+ model for awesome customer service. Everyone should have a Sam working for them. She went above and beyond helping us.

I just want to compliment Kayla at the Inverness store. She helped me print out a return label during a very busy day. She was exceptionally pleasant, efficient and greeted each customer with a smile. If I have an opening in my Department soon..I may have to try and steal her!

Was in one of my favorite store today UPS and their was their was this nastiest witch (respell) hollering and carring on like you wouldn't believe over a box. Their were other customers in the store i was one of them and she was asked to very nicely to leave the store since she just kept getting louder and she she she starts screaming your reviews on googles suck and ill never be back and all they were doinv was trying to do was to help her . GOOD LUCK POST OFFICE.

Very nice employees that are knowledge about all UPS services offered. People shouldn't hate on them for Corporate prices of services. Keep up the fantastic work you have provided for us for last 2 1/2 years.

Chloe is the best employee there is! Her skills are most efficient and amazing. She has great customer service, and makes sure that everyone’s needs are met.

I have been using this ups store for years!! I come in multiple times a week. Never once have I had an unpleasant experience. I have seen unpleasant customers... but never unpleasant employees at this store. Keep up the good work. !!
