Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Have been to this store a few times for various projects. Everyone who has helped me has been knowledgeable and helpful. From recommending paint finishes, necessary tools, etc. They’re always willing to advise if needed.

Rhonda was phenomenal she took her time to figure out how to match my Mosselle paint color. She didn’t give up and I’m excited to share she got it right. My walls look great!

Johnathon was very knowledgeable about paint colors what dyes needed to be added to achieve the end result. He spent as much time as needed to ensure the color I was trying to match was as close as it could possibly be. He provided excellent Customer Service!

I ordered 12 gallons of paint and came totally unprepared to get them in my car. The men working that day put all of it in boxes and put it into my car. They were incredibly kind and respectful, which I appreciate so much. Also, I ordered more paint and changed my mind about one of them. I called and they were able to cancel that one. The service and paint quality more than make up for any increase in cost.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. The gentleman who helped me was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and actually explained to me some things about paint, the colorings, etc that I did not know. I highly recommend Sherwin Williams for all of your painting needs!

I went to match some paint on a wall that I had no idea what color it was. So I took a small piece of paint in to have it matched. First few times they got close, but I wanted it to be closer. I went back in and on a weekend and Ryan was working alone. I told him my problem he tried with the machine ,but it was a few shades off. So between working with all the customers, answering the phone Ryan was able to match the color. I was in awe of his attitude and friendly smile, he was great. I am sure all the employees are just as nice, but Ryan is amazing. Seminole Trail store

I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness that Jonathan provided when I purchased a heavy 5 gallon bucket of paint. He recommended that it be transported in a way to avoid the possibility of spillage. Thank you Jonathan!

The customer service at this store is exceptional. We had many questions, all expertly addressed. This particular location and the employees keep the standards we need as design professionals. On a recent Sunday in late September, the people there were awesome. Knowledgeable and helpful. We totally recommend this place and the people who work there.

Fast forward 3 years I went back for another few cans of paint. Ryan and Rolland spent a lot of time with me picking out the exact paint types I needed for my project and were very patient with me. Thanks guys for offering all the guidance you gave me. My kitchen walls and my cabinets look amazing! Just the pop I needed to brighten up the room.

I had no idea that Sherwin-Williams made paint with no VOCs, and also colorant that was VOC-free. I have chemical sensitivities, and the last time I needed to paint my house, we spent a fortune on paint that I could tolerate. I paid at least 30% less than what I shelled out 7 years ago, and the paint doesn't make me sick. Score!

The Charlottesville Sherrington Williams store has a fantastic, welcoming and knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to give helpful suggestions and recommendations to this novice painter. The quality of the paint itself was the best I’ve used.

This review is specifically for an employee named Ryan. That guy is killing it. We walked in on a busy morning and he was working so hard and making sure everyone was taken care of. Sherwin is lucky to be able to employ him.

I initially visited the store on 29 and could not get any assistance. I tried again at the store on Berkmar and have been back twice now in less than a week. The staff at Berkmar are so friendly, attentive and patient with all their customers. I also felt like they valued my in person 1gallon of primer purchase just as much as the massive order from UVA they were juggling on the phone. I thanked them today for being so helpful and wanted them to know it matters! I highly recommend visiting the Berkmar store for any paint job!

This was my first time at the Charlottesville store,it was late with only 1 employee and 5or 6 customer's. The gentleman was professional very courteous and made each customer feel valued. I am glad that we have chosen Sherwin Williams.

We recently went to S-W at Rio Road in Charlottesville, VA. Alex was very helpful with suggestions for paint for our project. We ended up with Emerald and Alex also suggested the finish, color and application methods. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. This great service is the rule at S-W and Alex is one of the best.
