AT&T Store

The store was clean and the AT&T representative, Jesse, was awesome at his job and made the process of getting a new phone fast and simple. Hardly no wait time. Would recommend.

Jesse was our representative and he was really helpful. He got us in and out quickly and made sure we we satisfied with our experience. He definitely knew what he was doing and even made it fun with jokes along the way. Great service from Jesse and this store.

I had a very good experience with Darrel and the ATT staff would highly recommend this store and staff. Darrel is very knowledgeable and skilled and very pleasant and professional to work with could not be happier.

The employees here are so awesome, very welcoming and make you feel welcome, Jesse and Darrel helped out so much and got us awesome new phones and service that works amazingly!! 10-10 highly recommend coming here for phones and service!!

Had a great experience at the Starke location; the representative Jesse was extremely helpful and informative, while also keeping the environment laid back and comfortable. We were able to upgrade my phone and plan, with little change in my payments thanks to some discounts.

Best phone upgrade experience I've ever had. No hassle, no confusing attempts to get me to change my cell plan. Simply gave me a better price, in and out in less than 30 minutes with a new working phone. Professional service, not sales talk.

Logan was absolutely great and extremely informative. He did everything possible to make sure I got my 4 lines and every color I wanted with each phone. He even stayed open later to accommodate me, I definitely recommend him and this store for your phone service.

I want to tell you that it is a breath of fresh air when people actually take the time to help anyone that comes into their place of business. My elderly parents went to this store in search of replacement phones. Ty Johnson greeted them with kindneses and respect. He listened to their questions and concerns and answered everything they inquired about. He didn't try and force them into the newest phones. They are on my plan and I am 1300 miles away. I had the pleasure of talking with Ty also. He is very nice and very professional. A lot of people could learn from Ty on the proper way to help everyone out. I will make it a point to go meet Ty in person when i visit my parents. He is a important asset for AT&T and very professional. Thank you for everything you did Ty!!

Best customer service ever!! Jeff is the bomb, he knows and does his job well! Only thing I seen that needed to be addressed is the windows in that store need to be tinted! You will bake sitting there, I feel sorry for those guys working in there!

Just switched to AT&T from straight talk. Got two phones, two cases and screen protectors, plus more all at a great price thanks to James Mercer. He was an amazing sales representative and I will definitely be going back to him with any future questions or upgrades.

Went to AT&T in Starke Fl . Ty was the Rep that helped us with my Wife’s phone he was very helpful in helping us choose one . Explained everything very well . Extremely polite and respectful. We were going to travel 45min to Gainesville but ended up going locally because of the great helped we got over the phone .. Thank you Ty for a great experience we appreciate everything you done !

The employees there were very helpful in my experience with buying my phone. One of the employees: Ty helped me figure out what phone and phone plan would suit me best and helped me figure out what insurance would help me best for my phone. Ty was very helpful and enthusiastic and polite, as well as his brother/co-worker Deland. Deland helped my sister-in-law by answering her questions about certain items in the store that she was interested in. And even though she didn’t buy anything, she was very pleased with the helpfulness and kindness of Deland. All-in-all, if you want a good phone, and someone to help you find the right plan for you, AND for the workers to be polite all at the same time, the AT&T in Starke is for you, and Ty and Deland are the perfect workers. 😎👍🏻

Delong Harper is the only At&t employee that was capable and nice enough to help us with a complicated situation where no other employee in 4 different At&t stores was able to do so. He is super professional and friendly
