Fast and efficient service to replace my Diehard battery under warranty (less than 2 years since install.) They found my purchase record on their system and hooked me up with a new one. Colin very helpful and friendly. A totally good experience.

Store opens early and that was very good , because my husband and I are early risers! I think we were there about 7:30 am !!

I was on a long trip and a servicing light turned on in my vehicle. I pulled into this Advance and the associate came out to my vehicle and used their handheld to provide the code and explanation. (Attached the code reading)

Helpful workers at this store. Just needed turn signal light bulb replaced. They allowed me to borrow the tool needed and I was able to change it in the parking lot and continue safely on my journey.

Kyle is amazing! We walked in two minutes before closing (because Google says they close at 9pm but they actually close at 8pm) and he helped us anyway because he's awesome! Very friendly and very professional! This place has great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

I don’t usually go to the auto part store myself, but my husband was out of town I needed a battery I know nothing about cars and trucks, luckily a man named Kyle came out to my truck tested both my batteries.... I didn’t even know I had 2, and then he installed the new battery, I was so happy, I wasn’t going to be stranded!!!! This was a very clean auto store too! I could not have had a better experience I will go out of my way to go to this auto store if needed! Thank you Kyle!!!!!!

I had a battery that needed to be replaced under warranty. The associate spent the time with us and verified that the battery was, in fact, defective. He went through the process to swap out our battery and kept us engaged and explained everything thoroughly through the entire process. We found that the last store had put in a rusted bolt, he spent the time getting the bolt out and putting a new one in for us, this was above and beyond what I expected as it took over 30 minutes just to get the bolt out and kept us informed during this so we knew what was going on. Stellar service, I would definitely come to this establishment again for service or parts.

Great place for parts and automotive service.. unlike O'Reilly and pep boys, they don't do lifetime warranty.. the staff is very friendly and helpful.. they have a some mechanical knowledge of how cars work and can answer almost any questions.. they can charge batteries for you or test them for issues.. they loan out tools if needed for your repair.. the do check engine light diagnostic to see which fault codes are stored in the ECU..

Today, Kyle M was extremely helpful with my battery replacement. I forgot to use my warranty with Advance Auto Parts and purchased a battery at another store where they did a poor installation. Kyle took the time to straighten out everything which saved me a lot of time and more important a lot of money. Thanks again to Kyle for a job well done! ~Ms. LJM

I needed new wipers & had no idea what size; Hubert to the rescue! He promptly imputed my cars info into the computer walked over to the wipers display helped me pick out wipers within my price range and he even put them on my car. I'll definitely be back.

Great customer service....I walked in and I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help honestly I was just looking for supplies to wash my car and one of the associates I think his name was Kyle showed me the best deals on quality products for a very affordable price definitely not taking my to th car wash when I have Advance Auto Parts.
