I called to transfer all my scripts from another Walgreens today. I have to say the Pharmacy Tech was very helpful and very kind. Those are the kind of people that should be working in Customer Service. I just want to say to the Pharmacy Tech Emily Thank You for being patient and helping me with the transfer of my scripts. Your Customer Service is Amazing 👏 Keep on being kind. 🙏🏻😍

Friendly environment it’s close to my home. I shop here a lot not only for my medication’s, but is household products personal products nice easy quick in and out

Desiree is an amazing pharmacist! On two occasions now, she has taken the time to discuss a few concerns when I know she is incredibly busy. Once regarding a prescription and the other was to provide an OTC medication that worked better than what was advised by a physician. Her great service, knowledge, patience and kindness are very much appreciated.

The pharmacist at this location was so helpful here. I was visiting from out of town and forgot one of my medications. I use Walgreens in Texas, so I called this Walgreens to see if I could refill my prescription here in Arizona. The pharmacist checked and informed me that they were out of my needed medication but she would check other Walgreens in the area for me. Within 15 minutes she called me back and told me that they had my prescription at a nearby location, and would have it ready for me shortly to pickup. She really went above and beyond to help me out. I never have had that great of service in Texas. Thanks again to that great pharmacist!

Friendly people, welcoming. Had a motorized cart for disabled people such as myself. The shopping part is hard because of the narrow aisles. The pharmacy, oh Lord... Be prepared to wait, even to pick up from the pharmacy early in the morning. Often they get my prescription wrong and are out of my blood pressure meds. If you're a patient who needs them direly, for hypertension, you know going DAYS without because your pharmacy hasn't gotten their order for your meds in... It's problematic. I've had other issues with them not having pain meds, insulin and blood pressure meds FOUR TIMES. They suggested I go to Pebble Creek Pkwy. Welp, lo and behold! They didn't have it EITHER. I told them, "I'm not going somewhere they potentially have no stock. You have the power to see which locations can help me." Eventually, it was all resolved either by waiting forever, or a pharmacy team member driving out to retrieve my needed meds. I STILL ENDED UP WAITING. I called at 8:45 p.m. one night, then they tell me to go to the 24 hour location on Indian School. I called again at 9:00 a.m. the next morning, and that's when they tell me that I'd have to wait for someone to go get it. I waited for E I G H T H O U R S. Please fill you prescription at Walmart. Buy your groceries there too. It's cheaper.

My phone was stolen in the parking lot last Saturday night, and I was completely panicked. I work through my phone, and was working at the time, hence the panick... There were three employees working at the time, and all the were super helpful trying to find the phone (before I found out it had been stolen) and even used the flashlight off their phones to help search my car. Though it wasn't found then...I do appreciate your help, Jessica and the other two... And for your sympathy on the situation.

I came in to get a covid-19 vaccine because of the mandating. I did not want to get the vaccine and was hesitant, but the pharmacist Stan, sat down with me and explained the vaccine and its benefits. He made me feel comfortable when most other places wouldn't.

I'm ridiculously frustrated with Walgreens at a corporate level, but this location provided excellent customer service when I needed it. They couldn't specifically help me, since they were out of stock with what I needed, but they found a close location and called to verify that location could help me right away. I'm very thankful for caring staff there willing to go the extra mile to help me.

Rickey/Ricky, the Pharmacy Technician that frequently works the Drive Thru in the afternoons/evenings during the week, is FANTASTIC!! He is friendly, helpful, and quick!! Over time, he has gotten to know me, and remembers my name and that I have kids in the minivan with me. He always asks if they've been good and can give them a treat, and sends out candy for them. It's a "little thing," but it makes a tedious chore enjoyable for the kids, which makes my life so much easier/better/happier. Rickey/Ricky is a HUGE part of why we keep coming back, time and time and time again. He is a rare gem in the retail pharmacy world, and he is absolutely an asset to the team at this Walgreens!!

Ricky in the pharmacy is by far the best person they have. His dedication to provide helpful service is second to none. If you ever need help he is the guy to ask. Thank you for such great customer service and thank you for for serving your country.

Kyle smith in photo dept helped me out a lot today. Had issues with my western union transfer. He kept his cool and helped me out a lot. I appreciate it and sorry to go through all this on Xmas day
