Al always helps me out here, he is always super helpful and friendly! This store is my go to for Stihl products and Blackstone accessories. If they don’t have it, just ask, usually they can get it.

I like this place for one cause it's close and usually easy to get in and find just about every time what I am looking for. Always have liked an Ace store. I signed up for rewards finally for the first time, I've been going for years to an Ace store, so, will see how rewards works out.

I just recently launched my Beverage business and had to stop in to get some supplies. I was greeted immediately upon entering in a warm and friendly manner. I was then assisted by a staff member named Jack. I never knew a trip to the hardware store could be so refreshing. Jack was so helpful with showing me where things were and for informing me of various customer programs that were available. Jack was personable and knowledgeable and his customer service is one of the main reasons why I keep returning. Keep up the amazing work

Love store . Well staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people. Usually more expensive than Home Depot or Lowes but the convenience more than makes up for it.

I wanted to purchase a new grill after moving here from Florida, and wanted to try this particular store. The gentleman that helped me (Bob) was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I love my new Weber grill. It’s perfect for me. Yesterday I went back in to purchase a cover, and I asked for Bob. Again very helpful. The cover I needed was not in stock, and Bob asked Tom Gray to help him in locating the cover. Tom found the cover, ordered it, and I paid for it at the register. It’s so nice not having to go to the box stores, where it’s so impersonal. This is definitely my store from this day forward, 😊

Had to replace a busted water valve unexpectedly around 7pm. I was pretty sure about what I needed but decided to ask an expert. I don't remember the dude's name ( he was a tall black dude ) but I think he came back from his break early to answer my question. He was very knowledgeable and gave me an extra part I didn't know I needed. I'm glad he did or I would have been making a 2nd trip. The job went perfect (no leaks) thanks to him!

I'm an oddball nut, bolt, washer type of guy. Always looking for the item that is not carried by most hardware stores. Karstens usually has it in stock! 1/8 copper tubing Yup, 5/16 fibre washer Yup, 5/16 left hand thread bolt Yup They will have it

Very friendly and helpful employees! My family and I were looking for real bale’s of hay for our fall decorations. They didn’t have any but we’re able to order us some FAST! The bale’s were perfect and they even helped us load them in our vehicle. This was our first time purchasing from ACE and we will definitely be back.

How refreshing to experience a truly customer focused and a spirit of service. Bob was great he knew exactly which part I needed for my older grill. Besides being knowledgeable, he was happy to be of service. Truly a guy that takes pride in his job performance. In an age where doing less and quiet quitting are the norm to experience such a high level of customer service is amazing I will be back.

Really enjoyed my visit. I went to three other stores and couldn't find the bolt I needed. The gentleman here found it in under 2 minutes. Store was clean, stocked, and staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Very nice store....

Love this store and it's employee's! If one can't help you another will! My favorite has been Chris as she's been there to help me and treats my boy's with treats lol and they love her too! Thank you for all you do, it is appreciated so much! Such a great store for the little things and when you don't want to drive all the way to the other big stores! 🙂

Its so great to actually talk to someone who can help you. These folks have different specialties like plumbing or electrical. They don't try to hide from you they genuinely look for customers who need help and then help them. It's a great place especially for a novice do it yourselfer like me. Keep up the good work!

Other staff asking if they can help. I am 70 years young and being just plain nice goes a long ways with me. Good job Ace.
