I come here often with my Amazon returns. Staff always moves quick and is friendly. Been in for notary as well and he was great - quick and efficient

I don’t get why this place has any one star ratings. Every time I have ever come to this store it has been A rated, five star service. Folks here go above and beyond for you.
One of which is Gerrick. He stayed after hours one time to help me out, without complaint.

This location is right down the street from my house and they always take good care of me. I’ve met the owner and his staff have come to know me by name, they’re always polite and professional. I’ve never had an issue with a package I’ve shipped, this is my go to store!

Been here for faxing and pre paid returns. Never had any problems. Customer service has always been great. The guy up front I think is the owner. Regardless, had always been patient and fair with pricing. Once, he even offered to keep sending my fax out for me so I didn’t have to spend all morning waiting for it to go through, and he contacted me once a confirmation came in to pick up the originals.

I use this store at least a few times a month for copies and sending faxes, etc. I was a frequent visitor during the holidays as well and I have had the most excellent service each and every time I go to this store. I never have to wait for more than a minute or 2 and the staff is always professional and friendly. The prices are good and I will use this store for all my copies, faxes and shipping!!

I had a very fragile ceramic item that I needed to ship for a Christmas gift. I had no box or packing materials whatsoever, so I relied on their experience to get the item packaged well enough that it wouldn't break in transit.
When I went in, I told the lady who helped me that the item was fragile. She handled it like it was a newborn baby! Seriously, she was very careful with it, and even put a "fragile" label on it so there was no confusion about the contents. After I paid for shipping, I was sort of expecting that they would package it in front of me, but she said that I didn't have to wait and they would take care of it for me. I was a little nervous to leave it there unpackaged, but I did anyway.
I spoke to the recipient of the gift on Christmas Day, and they said that it arrived in one piece with no damage whatsoever.
If you have anything fragile, delicate, or otherwise needs to be handled with care, you can trust that they will get your item packaged well.
