Helpful and friendly. Spent too much time defending that one salt crystal is better than another salt crystal. His salt crystal is $14 for #40. My salt crystal is $7.99 for #40. I tried to explain how salt is formed. You can't make crystal more dense no matter what. And that's why you can't get 'more' salt from a salt crystal. But from his experience you certainly can. 🫣 His bag is better. 🤪

With an impressive showroom and equally impressive and knowledgeable personnel; I'm sure that you will find your visit here more than worth the trip. I will definitely be going back.

Due to manufacturer delays outside of their control our spa was delivered a little later than expected however the delays were communicated and updates provided. Excellent common and service. I’m looking forward to enjoying our spa and will use Signature for all of our pool and spa needs. Thank you!

Signature Pool & Spas has been spot on from phone and email communication to visiting the store for their annual tent sale.
Sales staff was kind and very knowledgeable.
Service & delivery of our new hot tub was seamless. The delivery dolly was awesome to see how carefully they placed are new Nordic round hot tub.
Our curved stairs are on backorder but they brought a set to use for now until
The new one arrives.
All in all super happy with the process and customer we have received for Signature Pool & Spas.

I walked in without an appointment and the girl at the desk helped me right away. She did a water analysis and gave me very specific instructions as to how to care for my spa. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I was very impressed and happy with the products I received!

We just got our pool installed this fall. To say that we were impressed by this company would be an understatement. The workers were so professional and the job was completed to spec in a timely manner. Brian, the owner, made sure all of our requests were fulfilled and we can’t wait for opening day next summer!

Overall, outstanding. They are the closest pool company to my house. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I recently started buying chemicals there instead of from the company who installed my pool. The service is faster,, prices are better, and the customer service is outstanding. Im making the switch to Signature.

The office staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the advice is sound. I have never had the feeling someone was trying to "up sell" me. The service technicians/installers are quite experienced and deliver work of a high standard.

I brought my spa water sample in right at the end of the day and received prompt and courteous attention. Within 10 minutes, I received the sample test results, and recommendations to improve the chemical balance. I’ve generally found the recommendations made to be right on target. I love this place!

Signature Pool & Spas handles all of our hot tub needs. We purchased our original hot tub from them. We get water tested a few times a year, and buy our necessary water quality products. The water testing will tell you exactly what to add. And when we moved, we had them transport our hot tub to the new address. And it was a tight space to get into, but they did a great job.

I went to the showroom today to drop off a water sample. They were very organized, professional, and pleasant when I came in. Everyone had masks on, and only let one customer in at a time. I felt very comfortable being there. Rob Randall was especially amazing.

From start to finish Brian has been great! All of the employees are very professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and installed the pool in a timely manner. Any follow up service has been equally good.
