Kahramana Mediterranean Market

Can not rave enough stars about this place. Had everything I needed and was looking for. Employees were friendly and helpful. They had fresh pita bread, Majool dates from California and delicious Middle Eastern desserts. The store was clean and organized. It’s hard to find a jewel like this in the West Valley. I will definitely be back.

We were greeted as we walked in and asked if we needed any help. They were super kind & helpful. I am new to Mediterranean food so I didn't know what to get. I had my grandkids with me and the Baklava called their name. This was the very first time we would be tasting a Baklava, so we wanted the full experience and got two of each. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! I can genuinely say they were the best Baklava I have ever tasted. They were beyond delicious and just melted in your mouth. And I won't lie, I had to hide most of them from my grandkids, and not because they were overeating, but because I didn't want to share. The market is full of a variety of items and so perfectly laid out. When I got home, I Googled Mediterranean recipies so next time I stop by, I will for sure gather up all the things I need. Great customer service and phenomenal store!

We just stopped in to Kahramana for the first time today after seeing it from the road for the past couple of months and we are so glad we did. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and everyone working there was super friendly and made sure to greet us and let us know if we needed any help to reach out. They also were kind enough to answer questions and educate about the products. And boy were they right about the date syrup and tahini going together well. The store is packed with so many awesome varieties of teas, grains, fresh and canned vegetables and fruits. The prices are all very reasonable and it feels a bit like shopping in 2019 again. The store made hummus is amazing and packed with flavor. Kahramana Mediterranean Market is the first market/grocer I’ve been to in a while that feels like it has a soul and it is so refreshing. Thank you for being a part of the community and we will see you again soon.

It was worth the wait of this store to open!!! We were watching the store come together for weeks and glad to have them in our area. Love the wide variety of ethnic foods that have been difficult to find. Among other items we bought some of the fresh Baklava varieties which were awesome ❤ Love this place. Looking forward to their fresh meat counter, including ability to get fresh ground lean Kibbee meat. 😀 Wishing the owners great success. We will be back soon.

Glad I find this market nearby. Saves driving to other far stores. It has essential middle eastern stuff I need. Just needs more produce variety and fresh pitta bread. Bought fresh samoon (Iraqi bread) that was so good. Also baklava was great. Friendly staff and atmosphere.

We shopped here today finally, after seeing it in passing for so many weeks! I live not too far from this location and am so glad to have this store close by! Other stores carrying Mediterranean items are further away from me, so I don’t go as often as I like for these “specialty” items that my family loves!! We were pleasantly surprised to find EVERYTHING we wanted today! Even halal chicken! I prefer halal meats because they are clean, and the animals are treated in a special way. They offered to cut apart the chicken pieces for me, and trimmed the fat, which I very much appreciated! There is a small produce section but it had exactly what we needed to make dinner today! I was able to find my favorite brand of Bulgarian White Cheese, Arabic Bread, and Vimto soda! (You must try Vimto if you never had it before, so yummy!) I will be shopping here for meats and many other items regularly! Very excited for this market at this location so close to home!!

This is a great neighborhood Mediterranean Market in Sun City. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. So far I have tried some olive oil, spices and some teas. All were great. They have allot of interesting things to try. I will definitely be back.

Brand new store opened so I had to stop by. It is a beautiful setup! Great selections of all kinds of Mediterranean foods and the service is top notch! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and someone was always around to answer all of my questions. This will be a regular stop for me.

Went today to look for Turkish food and they had a pretty good selection! They had carts too, which is awesome as I could push my baby in the cart and comfortably shop! Definitely will be coming back!

So excited! Went aisle by aisle and found so many Mediterranean products. The owners were welcoming and open to suggestions on additional items. We will make this a regular stop for groceries.

My wife and I gave Kahramana a try instead of driving all the way down to Baiz for halal meat. The staff were friendly, the price was a little higher, but the meat quality was so much better.

My main thing is good customer service, and they are the beat at it.They make sure you’re satisfied I love the place keep it up not a lot has good customer service

Went there today and was impressed with the large selection of Mediterranean foods. I bought the fresh baba ganoush and my friend bought the fresh hummus. I enjoyed the fresh baclava with my afternoon coffee.

This market has a huge selection of Mediterranean foods, cheeses and delicacies. I'm so glad a market like this has come to Surprise. Will definitely be returning here.

Amazing store I was waiting for this store to open way too long. Everything is fresh people are friendly and amazing all I need in one place. I highly recommend it
