Nick is the man! He helped me find a holster for my shield. The store has great inventory,and the staff is friendly. FX tactical is the only place to go if you're looking for gun accessories.

Very nice store with a very large selection of all kinds of tactical equipment ,including boots , pants , vests ,plate carries you name it . Also a very good selection of flashlights and weapon mounted lights . Everything is clean and preseanted very well its like a jc pennys or macys for men , or tactically inclined women

Just went to FX today(02/15/23) to look for holsters. Eric totally came in clutch! Totally welcoming and friendly. Not only did he bring multiple options for me to take a look at, he was completely transparent with what items were for and how they functioned. He took the time to search, fit, and explain the different items we were looking at! Listened to what I was looking for and even gave me recommendations for what I could do! 10/10 will definitely come again, thanks again Eric!

This is the first time that I've been in the FX Tactical store in Peoria, Arizona, and I must admit that they actually as I can say went out of their way to assist me, and as what's important to me they are worth 10 stars above and beyond the 5 stars. I do appreciate them with their support 💯!!

Staff excels at customer service. They don't behave unprofessionally and don't get frustrated when you ask detailed product questions about their stock items and are willing to learn and/or share knowledge beyond making the sale. Their service plus reasonable prices have earned my repeated business over the years.

Polite, friendly staff and tons of options in the store to select from. I've only been to pick up work orders, but the staff are always wanting to help. One person will take my info, leave for the back to go get my order. Before that person returns, it feels like the entire staff has asked me if I need help or how am I doing 🙂 Very nice experience every time.

This place is amazing! Fastest and friendliest service I've ever had. Wish my Department would let us use our allowance through FX! They do great work even being very busy they remain friendly and super fast. I will be going here for future needs!

Bought boots here two months ago and the boots were defective. Was ready to just buy new boots because I have to have them for work. The boots were under warranty from the manufacturer and FX Tactical made the exchange very easy and simple. Really do appreciate the experience I had there.

Went to FX Tactical today for the first time and Eric a veteran like myself spent a good amount of time with me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and was a pleasure to meet.

The name says it all. Great selection of tactical gear and apparel. Also a decent selection of quality knives, at really fair pricing, plus knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Very helpful staff. Wide selection, and good prices. I’m gonna have to come here at least once a month now. 5.11 makes some great bags and accessories. They also carry Condor as well.

Best customer service every time

First time coming to this location. We needed to get my significant others gear together for the academy. Lahli, I hope I'm spelling her name right, was so super amazing! We had a long list of items we needed and she helped us throughout the whole list. We spent a good hour here and she was so patient and wonderful the whole time, she was also so patient with our indecisiveness. Altogether the experience was excellent. Lahli was amazing and my other half felt super happy like a child in a candy store. She went as far as offering different sizes and feels for his needs and looking at the back storage for other options. Oh, and they have pretty much everything you can think of for your tactical needs. Very impressed with the organization, inventory and cleanliness of this place. Two thumbs up!

The representative Jeremiah that I was speaking with was really approachable and helped me out with my questions I had. I am just starting to build my first AR15 and you can tell he is very passionate about guns in general and very knowledgeable on products and brands. I will absolutely be back

The staff is always very helpful, but never pushy. They are competitively priced and have an enormous selection. They don't keep copies of updated uniform policies for surrounding agencies. So, if you are buying work uniforms, make sure you know what you want.

Always seem to find top quality materials there they're never out of stock unlike 511 and a few other places and they've always got equipment that we're short of.

Chris is AWESOME! ! HE answered all of my questions and offered me more information to make sure I got the quality boot that I was looking for . He went above and beyond what I or anyone could expect. I got a great boot at a great price with a great warranty and he also took the time to put my personal information in the system so I did not have to ask any questions or by the wrong boot in the future, so now I can walk in the store and be advised of the same boot or the next quality up . I have been to the Boot Barn Sears Macys you name it I've probably been there, and I hate shopping the representatives usually do not want take the time to help you or do not know anything about the products that they're selling & almost always mislead you ! I am an a/c technician and I also remodel homes I'm extremely hard on my boots and all my tools so it is very important to me to have a reliable boot and somebody I can trust to sell me the proper gear!! I can promise I won't go nowhere else ever again FX tactical will be the only place I ever buy a set of shoes or gear, I live paycheck to paycheck integrity and honesty and quality is what is lacking from stores today but not from FX tactical ,you would be a fool to buy from any another store thank you Chris thank you FX tactical!!

Awesome store, friendly and helpful staff. Steve helped us the whole time and found exactly what we needed. We took forever deciding and they even stayed open a little later for us. Thank you guys keep up the awesome customer service!!!!!

This place has everything you could possibly need for anything tactical. They also have a really nice variety of knives, optics and gun accessories. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Very impressed!
