If you are looking for true real customer service which is extremely difficult to find these days especially when it comes to cell phones and the cell phone industry look no further, I had a very difficult problem with a phone transfer and I had Ricky and Mark who both were very patient and knowledgeable on getting to the bottom of what needs to be done. These two are great assets to this store and I will only deal with them from here on. They got done what I needed done and followed up with me, yes I said followed up with me after the fact. Thank you both. Ask for Ricky or Mark when you go to this store you won't be disappointed.

Came in to upgrade a phone. Donny got us hooked up and even got us in another phone for my son. Bill didn’t go up, it actually went down! He was very professional and didn’t push anything on us.

After leaving I had some issues with the lines. Donny helped me out above and beyond to get everything squared away and kept me at ease. Thanks for making the process easy and enjoyable. I don’t think you have ever said that with a phone company!

This is an incredible store! I was so impressed when I walked in and saw all of the men smartly dressed in white shirts, ties and casual slacks. Nice placement of desks to work with customers and a very comfortable seating area for people to wait. The purpose of my visit was to purchase an Apple Watch. They did not have the one I wanted nor was it available to be shipped. I was able to purchase one at another store and returned to Verizon to have it connected to my cellular service and to get the watch synced with my iPhone. Ricky was so knowledgeable and very patient answering my many questions. Why anyone would choose to go to another Verizon store is beyond me. I hope my positive review will bring them many customers who will leave the store wearing big smiles on their faces. Oh, forgot to mention that upon leaving the store Ricky escorted me to the door and held it open for me. This is a First Class place.

The staff were friendly and professional. I’ve had some bad experiences when having to go into a Verizon store and was totally prepared for my experience at this store to be the same. I was very surprised and how helpful the staff were and I did feel like they helped me maximize my savings on a new device. The only issue which I’ve experienced was that I set up an appointment online and received a text saying that my appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the store they didn’t have an appointment scheduled for me and I had to wait to get helped.

Nate is simply the best! We went in to look at adding the Sunday ticket through YouTube. We sadly didn’t qualify for it. However he was able to get us an upgrade to both phones and watch’s for a crazy good deal! The other staff and manager we very polite and the place was very clean! I will continue to send all friends and family to see Nate. Looking forward to working together again!

Excellent Service! Stephanie helped us when the corporate Verizon on Bell Rd in Surprise wouldn't. She has excellent people skills, and was able to help my family with our cell phone needs. I definitely recommend anyone who has Verizon to work with her.

This is a great store. Seem like everyone there was really good. But let me tell you Matt went above and beyond what I would expect and was very knowledgeable.

Went in to upgrade my Daughter's old Phone. Mike Romero, 'benefits manager', listen to our needs and did efficient analysis of our account. To our surprise there were 'benefits' we were not taking advantage of and he helped us reach the maximum benefits for our family and reducing our monthly bill. His knowledge and skill about the services and phones sold by Verizon and his store were excellent. We would recommend anyone wanting to take advantage of Verizon services contact this store, and ask for Mike who is really the Store Manager, If he is not available, anyone in that store can help. We also had great service from Matt Holden when Mike was not available to help us the next day, when we brought my Mother in to update her phone.

Went in today for a long overdue upgrade and had a great experience. Mark was phenomenal and made sure I got the best deal for what I wanted. Huge thanks to the whole team at this location!

We have been visiting this store for our phone needs for at least 3+ years and have never been disappointed. The last 2 years Mike has helped our family and he is friendly, helpful and thorough. He goes above and beyond every time. We would recommend the Surprise location if you haven't given them a try. The store is well staffed and haven't had issues with long wait times.

Chris Martinez was very friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. He didn’t attempt to up-sell products, explained options, and walked the extra mile to be sure everything was fitting to our needs and cost range. His honesty and integrity was top of the line and even made follow up calls to be sure all was good. Highly recommend and will seek his assistance, in the future.

Our phones stopped working. Waited an hour plus. The guy said a new Sim card might work. We were VERY skeptical. Got home and the phones work like new!. Happy customers! How often does that happen at a phone company?!

Went to get a new phone and Tawny was absolutely amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares and goes out of her way for customer satisfaction. System was down and she did whatever she could to make it as easy as possible. She even followed up several times to make sure I was satisfied. Wouldnt recommend anywhere else.

The store manager Mike Romero was so nice and professional and made everything easy and efficient with the upgrading our phones. Everyone at the store was so nice and they act like a true family. True and genuine! Can't wait to come back again when we need to!

Had the best service at this Verizon all because of Gus! After going to 2 different Verizon’s near our home we chose to come here. My sister and I were helped immediately by Gustavo. He made the process to get new phones so easy for my sister and I and gave us no issues whatsoever. We are definitely happy customers. If you are looking to get a new phone. Go to Gus. He’s the best!

Tawny was hands down the BEST person at Verizon my family and I have ever worked with in over 20 years. I could not recommend this location any more highly - beautiful store, great service.
