Gambler's Paradise LLC

We were interested in purchasing a slot machine and Game King machine, plus two stands, for our recently finished basement. These machines are a ton of fun for family and friends get togethers /parties and are usually the talk of the party from my past experience with friends who have had them. Plus, who doesn’t love gambling when you get the money back? I shopped around online and the other local places that were a bit closer to me in Cincinnati, but they didn’t bother to respond or responded days later and didn’t offer an easy delivery option.

We were really happy to find Gamblers Paradise. The place isn’t super fancy and is basically a warehouse with a decent showroom of available machines. The best part of the experience is Jimmy. He is awesome and provides personalized service. He took the time to show us everything they had and let us try the various machines. He has some great stories and is super personable and not pushy. They also offered quick local delivery and setup for a reasonable price. The young man who delivered the machines was really patient and showed us how things work and helped us setup everything. I’d definitely recommend the drive up to Franklin if you are looking for used casino games and supplies.

My experience with Jim was wonderful! My merchandise arrived in perfect condition 4 days later! His Programming technician is Brendon and he was so helpful and explained everything to do with my new gaming equipment! He was patient & very informative and made sure I understood everything and before we hung up he told me to be dure and call with and all questionso I might have! 5 🌟 company all around! Highly recommend this company!

Took several suspect slot machine boards in for troubleshooting. On this day they had time to immediately troubleshoot and help with repairs. Technician was knowledgeable and great to work with. Owner was friendly. I would be comfortable purchasing from this firm.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Gambler's Paradise. I went in to pick up a couple machines and Bill and Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure that everything was set up exactly the way I wanted it before I left. Machines worked like a charm when I got them home. An absolutely great company to deal with!

Upon more than 10+ phone calls and repeated replies upon replacement of a lost console tray fitting my GAME KING VIDEO POKER MACHINE, I was forced to call my bank and ask for my $225 back. They kept telling me that its was misplaced and never picked up by FedEx. I said just give me another one and I'll pay the difference. Still refused to get back with me on the status.
