O’Reilly auto parts is my first choice for auto parts. Excellent employees good experience. solid A+ plus.

I buy all of my parts here. Parts have always been correct. I've never gotten home only to discover the incorrect part is in the box as I've experienced with other parts store. Prices are typically competitive compared to other nearby places.

Very helpful and nice employees. Also willing to help with any info you may need in general. Never had any problems in any of my experiences with O.R. highly recommend over any other local auto part stores.

Paul assisted me and provided probably the best service I've ever gotten. ANYWHERE. Had a serpentine belt break and he had me ready to go and back on the road in NO time. I'll definitely return to Madison, Indiana O'Reilly's even if I have to go out of my way.

The best auto parts store in town in my opinion. The friendly staff is always eager to go above and beyond to help keep their customers on the road. If that wasn't enough already, the lowest parts prices with the highest aftermarket quality and best core returns definitely seat them as the auto parts king of Madison.

Dakota put wipers on my Ford Focus in the cold and snow...and he was extremely fast in getting them on there. They had all of these adapters and crazy stuff but he knew exactly which one to use. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

I tried to buy a bulb at the place next to my work and they wouldn't put it in for me even if I offered a note in case of whatever. So i went here instead. And the manager did it for me. I was so glad.

I get a lot of me replacement parts at this store. Always helpful. The right part the first time which is very important to me.

Thought I needed a head lamp and they went out to see what size it was and as soon as they took the cover off the light can on it was just loose so saved me some money and this isn't the first time they did this for me they are really good.

Had the part on the counter when i got there, good bunch of guys working there.

Its like this supply problems are everywhere but they will look up parts and at least try and get it for you if they don't have it.
