Falling Prices was quite an adventure! ⏰ Arriving at 10:15 AM, a lengthy line awaited outside with eager shoppers armed with bags and crates. 🛍 Despite the lack of carts inside, the thrill of my first experience kept me happily waiting. Once inside, the chaos ensued as everyone delved into boxes filled with random items📦 While some scored big ticket, my findings were limited to various-sized clothing, baby shoes, holiday decorations and random items that didn't pique my interest.

During our visit, things got a bit chaotic when new boxes appeared. Employees, notably a spirited young lady, took charge with loud directives. 🗣 Though I admired her assertiveness, treating us like children felt unnecessary. A slight adjustment in tone could enhance the experience without the power struggle. 🤔 Despite this, everyone remained friendly, and it turned out to be a fun overall experience. While not my regular preference, I understand the hype and would consider trying it again. 🎉 this can absolutely become a yearly experience for me.

Enjoy!

And “may the odds be forever in your favor“ lol

It was my first time going I decided to get the platinum member so I was one of the first ones in line it was fun And very packed. Went on a Tuesday morning found myself a Stanley cup just for $6 it was chipped on the bottom but I used paint to cover it some items might be opened and broken so double check.

Great Deals! If you want top tier customer service, perfect products at full price with no rules or lines take yourself to the Mall. It’s really quite simple. You have to search for your deals, no opening products, and no returns or exchanges. Bring your own bags ad there are no shopping carts. If you are the type to complain about the Dollar Tree than this is not the store for you. If you walk into Target and know exactly where they stash the mark downs than welcome to the Holy Grail. Period.

Found this little gem of a lamp for 2 bucks. Can't beat the price very busy though and crowded. But the staff is very friendly.

You can get anything you find only for a quarter. Although most decent stuff was probably taken earlier on throughout the week, there were still some cool things left over on Saturday.

Not a bad way to sell stuff. Kind of a free for all to get stuff, but you can find items cheap. Best days seem to be Tuesday and Friday.

You have to do alot of digging through bins to find stuff,be careful of possible sharp objects, employees don't have time to screen out all the dangers

Deals are awesome, kinda like a scavenger hunt. Only problem I've had is the level of rudeness by the older, tall, loud mouthed cashier. She has got to be the rudest person behind a register I've ever met. I've been there at least 20 times and she seems to be exceptionally rude to customers and her coworkers. Not sure if she is a manager, but she sure acts like she's the boss of everyone. The yelling is absolutely uncalled for. She speaks spanish as well, which makes it sound even worse when she's scolding customers.
Showing up early, talking with other customers about her outside, everyone seems to feel the same way. She will likely talk the wrong way to the wrong person someday and get her clocked cleaned. She was cussing in the middle of the store last week at the top of her lungs, upset about something. Other than that, everyone else that works there seems to be pretty friendly and try to deliver the don't open boxes reminders a lot less threatening. All in all decent place to find deals. No way this lady will keep her job for too much longer. I'd suggest if you have a complaint about her, contact the hotline, because the store obviously has kept her bad behavior going.

My recent visit to Falling Prices Fairfield left much to be desired. Melvin, the manager, displayed unwarranted rudeness and an authoritarian attitude. I was kicked out for innocently inspecting an unsealed shoebox. I even made sure to use a barcode scanner on all sealed packages to maintain item integrity as I respect the fact that other customers and myself are there to buy new, unopened products. My actions did not damage or devalue the item I was looking at. Melvin's unhelpful responses and failure to address my concerns about store policies left me frustrated. The public humiliation of being told to leave from across the bins and witnessing another customer's removal for simply shaking a package were unsettling. Not to mention the staff throw back all the packages they open for customers into the bins anyways. The store needs a significant improvement in customer service and a more transparent communication of their policies to avoid such unpleasant experiences. The things they sell honestly aren’t even worth the hassle or mistreatment.

Terrible customer service. One of their employees walks around scolding and belitting people. I have never witnessed or experienced such bad customer service. Employee even goes as far as essentially putting customers in time outs stating she will allow you to return to the store the next day, if you argue she changes it to until the following week. This one particular employee is definitely on a power trip and needs to take some courses on customer service or at least how to be a decent human being.

This experience taught me to never go to a cheap place to purchase anything. My sister in law took me to falling prices in Fairfield ca to check out items that are $6 dollar everything. I was a little comprehensive about the great price. I went with her. The place were packed with customers items were all in a box bins all over the place. Interesting I thought to myself. I started digging for things I might find useful. Now the question is as I got to the Register, she rang me out as 14 items and of course there are tax involve. I didn’t question because I’m she know her simple math to be at the register. She said $124. Without thinking I handed her $130 I got little over $6 dollar n some changed. If 14 items that I got multiplied by $6 dollars of everything in the store add roughly $7-8 dollars for tax. It should still be less than hundred dollar.
SO PEOPLES THAT GO THERE THINKING YOU GETTING GOOD DEALS, DONT BECAUSE THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND. I LEARN MY LESSON I WHATER GO TO MY NORDSTROM RACK OR MARSHALL FOR A BETTER DEALS ON THINGS THAT FIT ME.

The woman at the register is very rude and not helpful at all. She finds joy in embarrassing the customers and yells so everyone looks at them. The line wraps around the whole store and she refused to get another cashier to help (There were 4 other employees working) and she continues to leave the register to embarrass and yell at the customers. She even made a lady cut the line to pay for a package that she opened. Very unprofessional and the line takes forever because no one is at the registers.
