I have never had a bad experience at the Staples in Riverhead. Everyone there is extremely helpful - and Chris, the manager, is very knowledgeable with regards to printers as well as office furniture.
All the sales help always check if I have coupons or rewards points - they have saved me a lot of money. I have never had a bad experience at the Riverhead store!

I have been a customer of Staples in Riverhead for 3 years and I have to say that the customer service there is outstanding. All the associates are extremely helpful, and I'm sure it's all due to the exceptional example the manager, Chris, sets for his staff. He has been a tremendous help in suggesting a new printer, explaining the difference between each make and model, and offers any additional assistance you might need with your purchase. He is not only very knowledgeable but also very honest, which makes him someone you definitely want to deal with. Thank you Chris and all of your wonderful staff!

Awesome location - staff was super friendly, and especially want to call out Makhi for being an especially friendly and nice person... He helped me check for stock on an item that wasn't on the shelf anymore, and then was super patient during checkout while I literally saw something on clearance, decided to grab it, scanned it, and literally changed my mind 30 seconds later.

Better than Office Max!

A month ago, I had to get 400 copies of an obituary made of my nephew at the Gateway Staples in Brooklyn in less than 24 hours. First, I called to ensure I had enough time and the young lady by the name of Raven confirmed I did. Upon arrival, I met with Raven and she informed me that what I created needed to be adjusted but not to worry If I wanted to take it home and redo I could still have the prints copied in the morning. Although, she wouldn't be there, she introduced me to Cindy who would handle my order. The next morning as stated, Cindy created my prints and had them available in less than an hour. Not to mentioned she had a rude customer at the time but she still showed professionalism. I say all of this to say thank you Raven and Cindy for being you. You made me feel like everything was going to be okay.. Much appreciated. We need more Raven's and Cindy's in the 🌎.

I stopped in at the Riverhead New York location for some work supplies, and was very impressed with the staff! The General Manager Dianna Bates was absolutely fantastic and friendly! She deffenitly made my visit a pleasant one! Thank you Dianna, you run a very friendly professional store!!
