The people here are the most helpful of any hardware store I have shopped in for decades.

Some ladies love to go shop. My kind of shopping is the Hardware Store. Over the past four years this is my favorite place to get mostly everything I need. The beauty of adventure of learning about materials comes from a place of knowledgeable customer service. Having 3 hardware stores in town, Shinnecock East Ace Hardware store stands out in everything they do.
Another great experience is, they treat you like an extended family, celebrate with you each milestone of achievement 😀 👍 😊.
I might drive them a little bit crazy with all the questions that run through my head. 🤣

First, I am always greeted upon entering the store by the friendly and helpful staff.

I tend to go to this store for those hard to find nuts and bolts. If they don't have it, I know no one else locally will.

Very knowledgeable and quick staff. Made my keys even though they were difficult in a short period of time and had exactly what kind of paint I wanted in stock

Let me tell you a story of a kind and generous owner. Today my truck broke after shopping there, the owner not only helped me out with some tools but gave me a ride to Hampton bays to a parts store, left his store while it was busy. I’m not a local, he owed me nothing but went completely out of his way. This shows the mans character in my book. I wish I had more friends like him, I’ll never forget that!!
