Kim at CVS on Maysville pike was extremely friendly and helpful. the difference between customer service from the south store compared to the north CVS is night and day. We will continue to drive the extra 10-15 minutes to shop at the South Zanesville CVS

This store in zanesville Ohio was extremely clean s d so organized. Easy to find everything. Store manger Nicole mayle assisted me got me what I needed and quickly. Amazing customer service and a great manager from my experience. The store looks better than it has in years since manger mayle took over. CVS should be honored to have such a great manager.

Everyone in our South town CVS is very nice and friendly.

I get all my medicine from there. And my hair and body washed. Very reasonable prices.

Always have prescriptions ready when needed

The back of the store they don't answer their phones they take for ever like more then 20 minutes or plus . There's couple of people they are rude . They kept losing what they already filed and had to refill them them. They mess up the dosages and ect . The front of the store the manager and the other employees are nice ....

Hands down the worst pharmacy in town. The women in the pharmacy was downright rude and awful. They weren’t helpful in the slightest and refused to fill my prescription over a minor error with my insurance card. Instead of trying to figure it out or contact my insurance, they just refused to give me the medication that I critically needed. Called and talked to Shrivers, Walmart, and Walgreens in town. They each told me that it wouldn’t be an issue to fill it for me, and that CVS should’ve had no issue with helping me. CVS clearly just didnt care about my health or its customers in general. Do not go to this CVS!

CVS both locations in Zanesville are horrible. No one even shows up for work in the South location (today, Sunday 7-2-23 no one showed up for work). North location would not look up my information. The lady that answered the phone lied and said she couldn’t look up my information. Lancaster CVS looked it up for me. I will be transferring all my scripts out of CVS!

The worst pharmacy store I have ever seen can’t get a hold of anyone they don’t answer the phone and are always closed can’t get a hold of anybody on information about your medication place sucks !!

Most terrible pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Would give zero stars if I could. Can't even get my prescriptions when needed. I really don't think any of the people there know what they are doing. I keep getting different answers from different people. They might as well close their doors. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would!! DONOVAN the so called pharmacist at CVS SOUTH is the most arrogant, rude, condescending person I’ve ever witnessed in a pharmacy setting. RUDE to me, RUDE to his tech! He is definitely in the wrong profession. Customer service and relations are not his strengths. If he didn’t want to deal with the public, he should’ve accepted a position in a cubicle all by his little lonesome because social and people skills are existent for him. Corporate will be receiving a call!
